SERENITY AND LUXURY HISTORY TWO STEPS FROM VENICE We host you in a newly renovated apartment, in a building intended for tourist rental with luxury and vintage finishes, located inside the original park of a Villa Veneta, in a beautiful monumental area of Mestre, quiet, safe and rich in greenery in a context that inspires meditation and serenity, luxurious alternative to hotel concierge and tourist chaos. The historic center of Venice is easily reachable by public transport in 20 minutes. Bus and train stops are a 1-7 minute walk from the apartment. Venice airport can be reached in 40 minutes by bus or in 13 minutes by car . The central station of Mestre can be reached in 9 minutes by car and in 16 minutes by bus. The motorway network can be reached in 5 minutes. The apartment is an excellent base for visiting all the places of historical and landscape interest of the Veneto Region. The centers of Treviso, Padua, Vicenza, Verona, are easily reachable by train. Cortina D 'Ampezzo can be reached by car in about 2 hours. The Riviera del Brenta can be reached by car in 30 minutes. The city center of Mestre can also be reached on foot in 20 minutes; about 7 minutes walk you will find shops, restaurants and all the services you may need. Less than 10 minutes walk away is the commercial area of the city with supermarkets and meganegocios. Villa Salus Hospital is a 14-minute walk away. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. It has an entrance, a large living area with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, with hob, traditional oven and microwave, fridge, sink, cutting board, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The living room is furnished with: an original Luigi Filippo fireplace in marble (which is not allowed to use), a two-step ladder with antique wrought iron parapet, a large round extendable wooden table, n. 5 chairs, a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed, a sideboard with TV, a stem lamp, a laptop station, set of two round tables, a trolley. Bohemian crystal chandelier and Mesmeri wall lamp by Artemide, antique white lacquered doors with glass. Floors in “cemenine” Fioranese. In the entrance there is a large mirror on the wall and an umbrella holder. The double bedroom is furnished with a double bed padded with a container, a bedside table with reading lamp, a wardrobe with chest of drawers and two-door mirrors, a wall bookcase with doors, a crystal bedside table, a suitcase bench in oak stripe, a Mesmeri wall lamp and a chandelier ground in Bohemian crystal. The bathroom with French window is furnished: with sink and mirror, toilet, bidet, shower with shower head and shower, lacquered furniture with shelves, object trolley, ironing board with iron, clothesline and hygiene accessories. The lighting is ensured by recessed spotlights and a spotlight on the mirror. The apartment is air-conditioned with air conditioning and underfloor heating. The safety windows are from the company Schuco with glazing and built-in electrified Venetian curtain. The windows are equipped with wooden shutters. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Check-in is scheduled from 3.30 pm to 8.00 pm. The timetable must be communicated in advance, at least one day before. After 20.00 it is necessary to agree the arrival time and a refund of €20.00 will be applied. After 22.00 there is a refund of €50. Before 15.30 it is possible to take possession of the apartment if there are no guests departing and if the time is agreed in advance. The guest must sign a rental agreement at the time of booking confirmation and must present an identity document at check-in. You must also pay in cash the amount provided for the tourist tax imposed by law by the Municipality of Venice; the host will be responsible for paying it to the treasury. Any access during the stay by the employees to the technical rooms inside the apartment will be notified in advance. At the time of reception, the staff will present the apartment to the guests and check with them the integrity of the equipment provided. Overnight stay entails the payment of the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Venice, which is not included in the price of the accommodation. The 2019 rate from the first of February amounts to € 4.00 per person/day for the first 5 days - from 10 to 16 years of age the amount is € 2.00 - from 0 to 10 years of age the tourist tax is not due - as established by the Tax Office of the Municipality of Venice -. Tourist tax must be paid at check-in. The accommodation must be left free at the time to be agreed and in any case by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Guests are invited to leave the kitchen tidy, the dishes clean and the garbage packed. Upon return, the person in charge of the check-out will check with the guest the integrity of the equipment provided. In the case of breakages or subtractions, an amount equal to the repair cost or the value of the subtracted objects will be charged. Minimum stay is 2 nights Smoking is prohibited inside the premises Pets are not allowed The apartment cannot be used for parties and convivial parties. REFUND IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION If the guest cancels up to 15 days before the booked date, they will get a full refund. If the cancellation takes place up to 7 days before, the refund will be 50% of the nights and all costs. If it occurs within 7 days prior to the expected date of arrival there is no refund. Interaction with guests Before your arrival you will receive by mail additional information and advice that will be useful to make your stay comfortable. Inside the apartment you will find a detailed description on the use of household amenities and on the services you may need during your stay. You can still contact me for any emergencies. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, a few steps from the train stop that leads into beautiful Venice. M.Polo Airport: approx. 10 km, 15-20 minutes by car To get to your accommodation, from Marco Polo airport there is no direct connection with buses, trams and there is no dedicated railway line. Therefore - provided that the length of stay does not suggest the rental of a car - it is preferable to use a taxi (on specific request for an airport trip to Via Trezzo the amount indicated - June 2017 - is around €. 30) The use of the bus requires the change of 2 buses (a small bus has a duration of 75mn) and requires more time. From the airport take line 15 to the “ Vempa” stop, then take line 3 and get off at the Trezzo stop or line 2 and get off at Piazza Carpenedo Venice: (train) approx. 20 min Padua: approx. 33 km, approx. 30 minutes by motorway Treviso: approx. 20 km, approx. 30 minutes on the Terraglio road MORE INFORMATION In the nearby shopping center in addition to the possibility of shopping you will also find a wide choice of restaurants, pizzerias or gastronomies, which allow you to appreciate the food and wine specialties of the territory. Cafeterias, pastry shops, bars and restaurants can be reached on foot with a walk of no more than 10 minutes, in the nearby Piazza Carpenedo, just beyond the train station. The center of Mestre, which develops around Piazza Ferretto, can be reached from Piazza Carpenedo along Viale Garibaldi (with buses of line 2 and 3, or with a walk of about twenty minutes) and offers a rich variety of restaurants. Among the specialties characteristic of the Venetian territory we suggest to taste: in pastry pancakes and galani (in the carnival period) biscuits "zaeti", "baicoli" "bussolà" and "baci in gondola", "pinza veneziana" and "tirami su"; in "bacari" cicchetti, sandwiches, vegetables and fried or battered fish; in restaurants among the first dishes: bigoli in sauce, rice and bisci, pasta and beans, coada soup (Treviso specialty) among the second dishes: cod fat or Vicenza, sardines in flavor, Venetian liver, ossi escampai with poenta, poenta and schie. All to be accompanied with the typical Venetian wines among which the best known is currently prosecco.

Hillside Apartment with Lake View Terrace
Breathe the fresh mountain air from this secluded escape. The flat boasts beamed wood ceilings, an all-white interior with touches of color, unique artwork throughout, and an outdoor lounge space with panoramic views. The apartment is in the old village of Castello surrounded by the olives trees, it is really charming. The old village of Castello is totally pedestrian that's why the parking place is not under the apartment, but it is 350 meter from the apartment. The house is totally renovated in 2017, it has all the comfort: Tv Sat, air co, wifi, a comfortable kitchen and a wide terrace that you are gonna love. Most of the forniture are made in italy and they makes the apartment very cozy. The house has a bedroom with a king size bed with a window with a beautifull view over the lake. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed suitable for two people! And of course you will have access to the terrace that has a beautiful view on the lake At your disposal there is also an equipped kitchen with a direct access to the terrace :) The bathroom is big and the shower spacious As the house is in a pedestrian area the parking place is not under the house, it is more or less 150m from the house The house where is located this apartment is were our father grew up, and we are really attached to this house! As it was many years that it was uninhabited it was falling down so we decided to renovate all the house and get 4 gorgeous apartments and we are really proud to give a second chance to this house :) All the apartments are rented for tourism and we are really happy to share the place we love with you, just take care of it :) The entrance to the house is shared with other two apartments but of course you have a private entrance to your house We think we told you everything about the house, if you have any question we will be more than happy to give you all the information In spring and summer we are not able to be in Brenzone for the check-in because we work in the farmhouse of our family ( we are brother and sister ) where we produce our wine. we cannot be there for the check-in but if you want and you have time you can come to visit us in our vineyard. we will be really happy to meet you and to drink a glass of wine together :) For the checkin you'll meet there Betti a friend of us, she lives in the same house where is located the apartment, so for any reason she is always there at your disposal. Normally the checkin is between 15 and 19 but in case you have problem with the plane or just your plan, let us know so we can find a solution :) Unfortunately as we already sad, we can not be there for the check-in, and we are really sorry for that. But to let you know a bit of your host we prepared for you a little guide where you can find some information about us and some advice (restaurants activities ) that we want to recommend you. if you want we can send you this guide per mail so you can organize better your journey :) The apartment is located in the village of Castello di Brenzone, a typical little Italian village on the north side of the lake. The center of Castello and the shore are a short walk away. Try windsurfing, sailing, or mountain biking nearby. The closest bus stop is in the village of Porto ( 5 minute walk ) e from there through the street on the lake shore you can reach all the village on the lake. During summer with the bus you can reach also Verona. the bus line you can use are this: 164 - Verona - Peschiera - Garda 165 - Verona, Garda 483 - until 16 ottobre 2016 - Malcesine - Garda - Peschiera - S.Benedetto 484 - Riva - Malcesine - Garda you can check the time table on the tav site. Just to let you know during high season on the lake there's a lot of traffic so there could be a lot of delay. That's way we always suggest to travel with car if possible. The closer train station is Peschiera. As the house is located is a pedestrian area the Parking place is not under the house but is located more or less 150meter from house The house is located on the first floor of the house so there are some stairs The apartment is located in the village of Castello di Brenzone, a typical little Italian village on the north side of the lake. The center of Castello and the shore are a short walk away. You will fall in love with the old road surrounded by the olives trees. Just to let you know the road that bring you to the lake is very short but it is a bit steep. Try windsurfing, sailing, or mountain biking nearby.

A decorative spiral staircase leads from the living room to a small roof balcony overlooking the picturesque canal in front of the house. The apartment is provided with good WIFI CONNECTION, AIR CONDITIONING and MOSQUITO SCREENS in any room CASA ZORZI is recommended both for romantic escapes and for family holidays. I use to welcome personally my guests, spending some time on arrival to recommend my favourite places in town....... The apartment is also provided with good reference books useful to plan and enjoy a stay in Venice. The Apartment is located on the quieter side of the truly Venetian Cannaregio District. The house is beside the magnificent Madonna dell' Orto Gothic church, containing cherished treasures including Tintoretto masterpieces. It is 15 minutes away from Rialto bridge. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. A City stay tax of € 4,00 per day /per person ( € 2,00 for 10/16 children, excluding children up to 10) is due up to max 5 days.
