Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

The Farmer House of Villa Raghezzi

Our place is only suitable for those willing to make a 10 minute walk uphill to enter into a totally private world of its own. A breathtaking view of the Alps, rose garden, pond, six hectares of park and forest. The abundant spring fed water is its most precious secret and the sound of water is ever present. As the upstairs IS NOT HEATED from October through April we put two single beds in the large living room to accommodate a total of four guests.

Since the apartment is large and has three bedrooms, I have chosen the knitting design. Hiking and skiing areas in the immediate vicinity. Not accessible by public transport, walk from Reichenbach train station in about 30 minutes and 180 vertical feet

Our home is located on the hill of Pieve Ligure. It is surrounded by greenery, in a family and peaceful setting. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the Gulf of Paradiso. The house has an outdoor space for reading, having lunch... The sea is a 10-minute walk down a non steep staircase; from home you can leave for several excursions. The center of Genoa is about 30 minutes by car. Train and bus stops are a 10-minute walk away.
