Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish 3* furnished apartment located in Menthon Saint Bernard. It is bright and is located on the top floor of our house with a separate entrance. The apartment will enchant you with its privacy and comfort. Not overlooked, the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Not suitable for children. In summer and winter, you can enjoy many outdoor activities. There's plenty to do in the way of culture. Not accessible for people with limited mobility.

This home is on the heights of the village of Alex, in the heart of a rising alley of the village. The environment is beautiful, meadows, cows, wild garlic... and hiking trails not far away. The terrace is really nice with a nice view. The price corresponds to the proximity of Annecy and the lake 15 minutes by road from Menthon Castle.

Gisele is a very welcoming and helpful host. We had a pleasant stay at her place. Very peaceful accommodation with a very nice view. Gisele shared with us lots of nice places to see in Annecy and surroundings.
