You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Close to Aix-Les-Bains, Bourget beach and lake 4 km away, ski resorts and Bauges Regional Park 30 minutes away. From Saturday to Saturday in summer.

At the foot of the mountains, access to hiking trails, bike tour nearby. Bus stop within walking distance. Located in the owners' garden, a small private outdoor area is at your disposal with barbecue. Access to heated pool from May to September.

Notre chalet orienté sud ouest est situé au chef lieu de notre charmant petit village de Dingy St Clair. Il est totalement indépendant avec son jardin, sa terrasse et son parking privatif. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 voyageurs (1 lit deux places et 1 canapé convertible). Un hamac vient compléter l'aménagement pour un moment de détente. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish 3* furnished apartment located in Menthon Saint Bernard. It is bright and is located on the top floor of our house with a separate entrance. The apartment will enchant you with its privacy and comfort. Not overlooked, the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Not suitable for children. In summer and winter, you can enjoy many outdoor activities. There's plenty to do in the way of culture. Not accessible for people with limited mobility.

You are welcome in my Savoyard house located between Lake Annecy (5 min) and the mountains, the Aravis ski resorts (30 min). Guests can cool off in the pool and use the barbecue.
