You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

The apartment will enchant you with its privacy and comfort. Not overlooked, the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Not suitable for children. In summer and winter, you can enjoy many outdoor activities. There's plenty to do in the way of culture. Not accessible for people with limited mobility.

You are welcome in my Savoyard house located between Lake Annecy (5 min) and the mountains, the Aravis ski resorts (30 min). Guests can cool off in the pool and use the barbecue. Magnificent views of the mountains! My house is ideally located for water sports and winter sports, for hiking, cycling, but also for relaxing and admiring the beautiful Savoyard landscapes.
