Nathalie’s apartment is a real gem! Perfect location in the heart of Annecy. The place looks just like the photos (if anything it is nicer) and it is beautifully decorated. Nathalie was great at providing helpful info before and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and carefully renovated accommodation. We enjoyed the proximity to Sévrier beach as well as the quick access to the bike path (4.5 km to reach Annecy). On the other hand, we were disappointed by the outside, we expected a closed garden so we could enjoy it in privacy, which is not the case. Maybe a point to improve. We had a pleasant stay at Fernand's barn.

If you're reading the reviews to convince yourself whether or not to choose this Airbnb…. look no further!! I'm telling you: GO FOR IT! This place is amazing, everything is perfect. So many things available, in a nice setting like this. It feels good! It feels like home. Honestly, it's a little slice of heaven. Go there without a second thought!

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends in Dominique's home and we are more than delighted! Armand is really a great host! Super friendly and available. Very well located accommodation (a few minutes walk to the lake) in a peaceful and easily accessible residential area. Everything was very clean, and the bedding really comfortable.

Claire and Benoit are extremely caring and available. The dishwasher was unfortunately out of order but that didn't bother us at all. To apologize, Claire and Benoit offered us a basket of local products, we appreciated this delicate attention. Despite the rain, we had a lovely stay. The accommodation allowed us to be quiet, and the hikes rejuvenated us. We recommend this beautiful place!

Excellent stay in Annecy! Very well-equipped studio with everything you need. The hosts were very nice and especially available! They were able to adapt to us, because we arrived late on the big day. Regarding the location of the apartment, we were right next to the city center and 5 minutes from the Annecy Animation Film Festival. In short 10/10 thank you again! 🥰

Franck and Anne-laure are very welcoming, caring. The apartment is super cool, a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Anne-Laure gave me the good addresses of restaurants and activities to do. The apartment is next to the lake, the small port. It feels good. You can see that the owners are careful. I will recommend these hosts.

Place was exactly as shown in the photos. Charlotte was easy to communicate with. Thanks for accommodating to our last minute reservation. We liked that there is a private parking space but if the garage is full, it would be slightly challenging to get out from the garage other than that everything else was perfect.
