Excellent stay, incredibly well-equipped house, breathtaking views of the lake, very good proximity to Annecy and ski resorts. Sebastien is a very responsive and really super nice host, we will definitely come back. Thank you Sebastien!

Very nice house. We were a family with 3 couples and 2 small children. The house is child friendly, lots of games and books available for children and adults. Very large kitchen, and pleasant for everyone to eat without being crowded. Beautiful terrace with mountain views, pool, ping pong table, plancha available. Special mention for the host who was very responsive. You just have to be careful when driving back, maneuver to park in the parking lot (indication given before our arrival).

Thanks to Brigitte and Gilles for their warm hosting, delicious breakfast (house) as well as impeccable communication. The house is in excellent condition and carefully decorated. We had a great time with my three friends. Recommended! Henri

Virginia is a welcoming and very responsive host. The house is very well-equipped, comfortable and clean. The environment is extremely quiet, which is really nice for resting and in addition the view is pretty! Very well located for enjoying the region as a whole. A comfortable home "like home", in short. We highly recommend this listing!

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

Sylvie and her family were very friendly and great hosts. We thought that the house was even better than on the pictures. The House is beautiful renovated and nicely furnished. There is ventilation in every room, which made sleeping a lot easier when it was hot. In the house there is a big kitchen with everything you wish for, the fridge with the ice machine was a big plus at temperatures of over 35 degrees. The best part of the house is the garden. In the garden you have a lot of space and the pergola invites you to sit and drink some wine, play games etc. In Aix les Bains it is better to have a car so you can go up te mountains as well or go to Annency or Chambery. The stores and the city centre ar in walking distance (15min) as is the lake.

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

We had a great time with the family at Jean-Christophe's. We had very good communication, very good exchanges. The space was perfect. The environment is very quiet and very relaxing. The house is welcoming and family friendly. Jean-Christophe was very available, attentive and warm. Thanks for everything. The area is sublime, we'll be back!

Beautiful family home in a serene setting. Marie-Laure provided clear instructions and made check-in/out simple. Would happily stay again if the opportunity came up.

The stay at Karine's house in Challex went very well. His house is spacious, functional and equipped with everything you need. Superb views of the Alps including from the pool. Karine is an easily reachable person and she was able to be understanding during a small material damage (handle of the damaged fridge) that we offered to reimburse. So I would recommend this house!

Large villa with stunning views of Passy-chedde, the surrounding mountains and as a bonus a nice glimpse on the Mont Blanc mountain range. Everything was fine when we arrived, games available (board games, ping pong table...) as well as some buoys and air mattresses for the large blue saltwater pool. Close to full joux (starting place for hiking, paragliding) of Saint Gervais les bains, Chamonix... Even if we never found a barbecue😁, we thank the owners, with whom we had a wonderful time with the family.

We had a great time at Romain's place. The villa is beautiful, the photos are true to reality and it was clean. Everything was great! A real bubble of relaxation.

Reymond is a great host, welcome us at our arrival and helped us settled in even before the check in time he allowed us to get into the accomodation after many hours flight to Geneva, We are group of 11 Comrade delegates from Nigeria and we found tgis accomodation meet up with our needs, Close to Annemasse Train Station, Supermarkets and Shops around the neighbourhood at walkable distances, Reymond Provided all the basics for the guests including WiFi, Towels for everyone and much more, Toilet Tissues etc. I will recommend this apartment to anyone looking for short let around annemmasse. Thank you Reymond for been very nice warm kind and responsive, sure we will book your apartment again.

This place was perfect. We were there for 3 nights and 3 days. Everything matched the listing. In addition, Maria is a great host, attentive to our needs and very responsive. I highly recommend this place and these hosts, they do everything to allow their guests to arrive in the best conditions.

This is my most comfortable stay in Angers! When we checked in, they showed us all the items we needed to use, and specially provided us with graphic instructions. When my colleague was unwell, they also instructed us on how to seek medical attention as soon as possible.During your stay, any problems will be answered quickly! If you need a comfortable holiday home, I would highly recommend Jacques' place

A great place to stay for a summer trip to the Alps.

Very comfortable house and the terraces are nice. There is everything you need to cook (unlike homes that are only used for rent where there is the bare minimum). Lake Aiguebelette is 10 minutes away which is very convenient. Please note, the pool is only installed in June a priori. If this is an important point for you, check with Max at the time of booking. We found an arrangement to compensate for the fact that there is no pool for the weekend of the ascent.

Yacine welcomed us to her home with a magnificent view of Geneva. Yacine is a very friendly and warm host. Recommended.
