Very peaceful 42 m² cottage located in the middle of the mountains, ideal for relaxation. Annecy North tollbooth 15 minutes away. You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

THE MAZOT - This beautiful wooden chalet can accommodate 4 people + Baby. Comprising two independent bedrooms, one on a mezzanine under a sloping roof with reduced height and a master suite on the garden level accessible only from the outside...no access from the inside. Covering an area of 65 m2 it has balcony terrace with sauna, WIFI , electric heating . Garden with long chairs and barbecue. Outdoor Spa open all year. It is available in all seasons to enjoy the pleasures of the mountains .

Traditional wooden chalet in the mountains with magnificent views ideal for couples looking for a quiet break close to nature. Marked hiking trails are on offer from the door. The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

A peaceful oasis a few kilometers from Lake Annecy and the Aravis resorts (La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand...). Located in Alex, 6 km from Menthon St Bernard (which offers beaches, shops, restaurants, cycle path, bike rental, pedal boats), 15 minutes from the Planfait paragliding site (Talloires) and 13 km from Annecy, the Venice of the Alps.

The village is ideally located, 15 minutes from Lake Annecy, 20 minutes from the city center and 30 minutes from the Aravis resorts, and at the start of the trails that lead to the surrounding mountains.

Between Lac et Mountains, we are located between Annecy & Thones, 3km from the lac, 15 km from ski slopes ( La Clusaz, Manigod, Le Grand Bornand). You will love the place for its exceptional view, its large spaces, quietness and the multiple activities you can practice on site (skiing, para-gliding, biking, sailing, walking, fishing, ....) Thanks to its very numerous beds, it is ideal for a whole family additionnal inflated beds and hamacs availables if necessary :)

Various activities to discover nearby: Lake Annecy and its nature reserve, the caves and waterfalls of Seythenex, paragliding, canyoning, golf in Talloires, hiking, 2 minutes from the Col de la Forclaz, with restaurants and family ski resort. The house is equipped for the utmost comfort of vacationers. The chalet is conveniently located 15 min from Annecy and 1 km from the beach and shops.

Small independent and cozy chalet, nestled between Lake Annecy and the peaks of the Aravis. Facing south, it enjoys beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon. Ideal for a couple, this cozy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is both sporty and relaxing, close to amenities. Although located next to our house, the vacation rental is completely independent and private.

No pets are allowed due to the proximity of a stud farm and the passage of horses on the road.
