Horta Houses - Casa das Alcachofras

Casas da Horta is located on a 150-hectare private rural estate. The two houses can be rented separately or together. This unique property is perfect for a family vacation or vacation with friends, offering privacy and plenty of room for a relaxing day in full nature. Just 5 miles away is Alcácer do Sal, and 23 miles to Comporta. Each house consists of 2 suites, 1 social bathroom, a spacious living room with kitchen and dining room (with sofa bed), fireplace, swimming pool and a shed. On the lake (unattended) it is possible to take dives or stroll a seagull with a slide. We also have bicycles at the disposal of our guests. The property has horses and a donkey (wild but in a fenced area) who love to host parties and carrots! Pets are allowed (with extra deposit). We have two medium-sized dogs, very friendly. The owners live on the estate and are always available for any need. With a degree in hospitality, a professional career in the area and a huge taste in welcoming, it will be my priority to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. Since we live on the property you can always count on our availability. We are always available to give suggestions for activities in the area and know the gastronomic secrets around us, which we will be very happy to share! If you are a nature lover, be sure to explore our property! Visit the horses and the donkey, who love parties and carrots, stroll with our (very friendly) dogs, take a chance on picks from our vegetable garden to give your cooking (s) more taste. If you're more adventurous, be sure to take a dip in our lake which, with the slide seagull, delights the younger ones. Alcacer do Sal (8km) deserves a visit and the Comporta area (25km) and its beaches as far as the eye can see are a must! Lisbon Airport is 99kms away, so it is about an hour from Horta Houses. The nearest Railway Station is Grândola (12kms of the Horta houses).
