The apartment is located on a new area of Lisbon called Parque das Nações, within a five minutes walking distance to the nearest Metro station, Oriente. In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.

This one-bedroom apartment (55m2) in the center of Moscavide is situated 300 meters from Moscavide Metro Station and a 10min drive from Airport. This area is full of stores, cafes, bakeries, and grocery stores. The apartment is also only a 15min walk from Altice Arena making this property the perfect location for your stay near the modern part of Lisbon. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and features a living room with a sofa bed, one bedroom, one bathroom, a large terrace, and a kitchen.
