The spacious 220 sqm villa (built in 2019) is located at Brejos da Carregueira de Cima, a small quiet village within a 5 minutes drive from the popular beaches of Carvalhal and Pego. Set in a pristine nature reserve marvellous walks and runs in the pine woods are just 50m away . Carvalhal (10 min drive) & Comporta (12mins) ou can find main services as groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, bank, shops, etc. In high season a grocery shop is in 5mins walkings distance.

7 Boxes House is an architect's house inspired by the traditional architecture of the area, in the Carrasqueira Palafitic Pier, a structure of wooden pillars and beams that supports a walkway that gives access to small buildings on one side and the other, where fishermen keep their fishing utensils. The house is built on sand, elevated above the ground using wooden piles. It is made up of seven wooden volumes, arranged on both sides of the walkway that joins them.

A spacious living area features a cozy sectional sofa with neutral tones and patterned cushions. High wooden ceilings enhance the airy feel, while large glass doors provide natural light and open to an outdoor space. A modern kitchen is equipped with light cabinetry, visible appliances, and a dining area.
