Vacation rentals with lake access in Ain

Really nothing to say, very welcoming host, kind and who does not hesitate to share information to make the most of the city of Annecy, activities, restaurants...etc. The apartment was very clean, very quiet and we had everything we needed. Thank you and see you soon.

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends in Dominique's home and we are more than delighted! The accommodation is really great, the location is really ideal and there are enough parking spots. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

Pleasant host, new and clean accommodation. Air conditioning a little capricious but not problematic. Great little space in front to sit and enjoy the sun. Thanks for the quick answers to the questions. I highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed staying at Frédérique and Jacques's cottage. Extremely well-equipped, with very nice small details, very clean. Very nice environment around. We also really enjoyed the small welcome basket with some local products. And the hosts, very kind and helpful!! We will come back and recommend it without hesitation!

We stayed at Claire's house for the second time, almost a week. The equipment is very good, high-quality materials, everything very generous (e.g. enough coffee, dishwasher tablets, soap, etc.). Everything is very well thought out. The location is very quiet with wonderful views. The terrace is equipped with plenty of seating and a large umbrella. Everything is just right and we will be happy to come back. The communication with Claire was pleasant.

This cave was perfect, super decor, very quiet, really soothing, magnificent views, super nice owners, to recommend 1000%, stay to be repeated without hesitation

Damien & Emmanuelle's apartment is really wonderful in a medieval wall. Everything was as described in the listing. We felt right at home. The entrance is very original and everything is within walking distance with wonderful restaurants. A real gem on Airbnb. We will be happy to come back. 🙂

Louis’s place is super nice. The place is very clean, big, and tidy. The hosts responded quickly. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely stay at L'Appartement de Juliette. This very nice place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Vincent was very responsive and helpful, even offering to store my suitcase on my final day in Annecy. Highly recommended.

We stayed in Annecy for 4 nights in June. We were a group of 4 girls. The location of the apartment is amazing. Lots of really good restaurants and bars right on our doorstep. The host was really responsive and was there to greet us on check in. There was an issue with no water while we were there but the host responded quickly and it was sorted. We were disappointed on arrival to be told there was only one working toilet. It was advertised as 2 toilets but we were told one was being replaced. It would have been helpful to have been told this before we arrived. Bedrooms are right on the street but the sound proofing was really good and there was no noise. All in all a really good stay.

Perfect stay with an amazing view! The apartment was very quiet, and the view, absolutely breathtaking. Nathalie's welcome was warm, and I really enjoyed the impeccable cleanliness and thoughtful layout of the apartment. I was delighted with my stay and would highly recommend it!

Highly recommend the place if you plan a visit to Anncey! The location was perfect - walking distance to the train station and the city centre. The apartment was amazing too - was very clean and cozy with all the amenities ready. Finally, the hosts (Kenji and his dad) were very sweet and welcoming. Would love to stay here again next time. :)

We had a lovely stay at Nina's beautiful apartment! This one is very close to the lake and close to many very nice activity points (restaurants, bars, bike rental point). Véronique is a delightful, respectful, kind person. The accommodation is as described, very clean, provides various household accessories, the bedding is very comfortable, the insulation is impeccable. the accommodation is very functional, renovated with a certain taste. Véronique also takes care of small touches that are always appreciated😉. In my opinion, the rental price is not excessive given the quality of the accommodation and the setting. a delicious little restaurant awaits you at the entrance of the road at very affordable rates. a nice setting where there are many visitors. we highly recommend Véronique's charming cottage.

Berenice’s house was exactly what we were looking for in Annecy. The house is beautifully decorated , only 10’ walk away from the beach. Bright and spacious rooms in a peaceful location, perfect for those who are looking for a relaxing place where to feel home. Berenice is a fantastic host, she gave clear instructions, was very responsive and accomodate our needs. We will definitely recommend her house to friends and will look forward to returning to her home in the future. Thanks!

Exceptional host in an exceptional place, Gérard's home is spacious, well-appointed and carefully decorated. The environment is exceptional, this part of the lake is truly beautiful. No complaints, you have to do it again and I recommend it!

Very welcoming home, very well maintained, very good bedding, everything is well thought out nothing is left to chance. Interior and exterior were great. We spent a weekend with the children and grandchildren (9) to celebrate my retirement. Young and old were delighted. I recommend this house for its calm and location by the water. Thank you.

Pretty and comfortable house as described, we were hosted very well by Laurent as well as the people who take care of the maintenance. The house is largely sized for our family of two parents + 4 teenagers, everyone found their place easily. Laurent takes particular care of the comfort and well-being of his tenants and everyone is very friendly! The small center a few minutes drive away (15 min walk for the brave ones) offers all the necessary food shops, the municipal beach is certainly paid but is great (diving board, supervised swimming, refreshment, cleanliness) and obviously the surroundings offer many opportunities for visits, activities and hikes easy and less easy.
