Thank you Isabelle and Bernard for your kindness and hospitality! The space is gorgeous. We had a quiet and relaxing stay, without any noise. The outdoor shower is really great, as is the hot tub and pool. We'll be happy to go back!

The cabin is insanely beautiful and idyllic. However, it is really very, very small! Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather and for two people it is very tight to spend a whole day just inside (it rained all day, we could not really do much outside). However, if you only want to come hiking and spend the evening in the cabin and in the Nordic bath, it is fantastic. Would recommend it.

Emmanuel is a very valuable host, he welcomed us to his charming Chablais with beers and snacks for our welcome aperitif, a gesture we appreciated. As well as being warm, he communicated his good mood. The terrace is really perfect with a beautiful landscape. Go there without hesitation. Thank you

We had a lovely stay at Louis and Irina's. The Airbnb is very well-equipped: the video projector is a real asset, the raclette machine, the speaker, the blanket, the dishes. The bright bathroom is also superb. Only small downside related to the large windows at the level of the nets on the floor that do not have a curtain and that woke us up in the morning with daylight. But that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay and wanting to come back! Very convenient to reach Annecy in 15 minutes by car. Louis and Irina are very responsive by message!

The place was clean and well-equipped as mentioned in the listing. The location is great if you want to enjoy the Via Rhôna. The Nordic bath is great too as is the free bike loan.

Our family Christmas in Gruffy was simply amazing in this beautiful dream home 20min from Annecy. Comfortably slept the group of 8, and was so nicely setup with loads of amenities. The gym, spa and sauna were a real bonus Nicolas was an exceptional host, giving us loads of recommendations before our arrival, and left the house setup magically for Xmas. He even arranged for it to snow heavily for us on the night we arrived, so our kids experienced their first white Christmas! Nicolas even drove 5 hrs through the night to help us with a minor technical issue that could have waited, but he insisted on getting to us ASAP to help. Legend.

Very friendly welcome from Marie, available and attentive to us. Enjoyed our stay at the campsite's beautiful lodge. It was perfect!

Very pleasant stay in the cabin on stilts in the heart of this nice peaceful campsite. For the price it's great! Bucolic with the river right across. There is enough to cook under the cabin if necessary but the restaurant is very good, they make great salads! A nice atmosphere and in addition breakfast is included with David's sympathy as a bonus ;)

A little haven of peace. We come for nature and the relaxing side. The accommodation is atypical and everything is designed to make you feel good. We were welcomed by Sebastien who takes the time to talk with his hosts. Everything is as in the photos, you can stay there with your eyes closed. The bedding is comfortable, nothing is missing in the kitchen area, the shower is not large but it is not very serious. And the discovery of the dry toilet… I highly recommend to all guests

We had a great time in this little love nest, very clean, very quiet, with large terrace, at a good distance from other homes. Great views of snow-capped mountains and electric green meadows. A great starting point for hikes. The discreet presence of the little donkeys and the horse and the "lama" delighted us. Thanks to Sophie, very friendly and efficient, who left us some very much appreciated small welcome gifts. Full success to this new place

The accommodation is a real bubble of serenity, perched with a beautiful view of the mountains and greenery. The kota is very comfortable, clean and offers all the necessary amenities. In addition, we were greeted by Guillaume's wife with cherries from the garden and eggs from the henhouse! Yum. We'll be back:)

Very nice little cottage in a beautiful setting. Two-minute drive to Les Jouvencelles ski resort and 10 minutes to Les Rousses.

we spent 2 nights at this property. a cheese fondue caquelon had been made available following a request we had made. very nice host! i highly recommend this place.
