The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Abondance Chalet

Chalet “mazot” dans un écrin de verdure avec petit jardin privatif et terrasse. Situé au coeur du parc naturel du Haut Jura et de la région des lacs, à 820 M d’altitude, le chalet est un havre de paix. Le Lac d’Etival à 1,5KM, commerces à 9KM( Clairvaux les Lacs), pistes de ski de fond à 6KM, pistes ski de descente à 30 minutes en voiture. Nombreuses balades ou VTT à faire depuis le chalet. Autres activités sports nautiques, équitation, accrobranche,raquettes, luge tout dans un rayon de 15KM.

Marked routes from the chalet, for hiking, horseback riding or mountain biking enthusiasts. Close to Nordic areas: Sur Lyand 25 minutes, Plans d'Hotonnes 30 minutes, Hauteville-la-Praille 20 minutes 15 minutes from Cormaranche Bike Park, 15 minutes also from the canyoning course on the Groin. The harbour master's office is a common area with a glass room overlooking the Port, ideal for reading a book, having a drink or playing board games...
