Cosy studio in city center

Non fumeur. Equipé d'un lit simple. Cosy studio indépendant pour 1 personne (18 m2 avec kitchenette, salle de douche, wifi) au centre-ville, situé dans notre jardin. Vous serez bercés par le bruit du ruisseau qui coule le long du studio. Je précise qu'il n'y a pas de TV. NOUS LOGEONS SUR PLACE ALORS INTERDICTION DE FETES et faire venir des inconnus pour la nuit. Plusieurs plaintes déposées à ce sujet :) Draps et serviettes fournis. Pas de frais de ménage: avant votre sortie ménage fait MERCI

Small independent studio of 14 m², sleeps 2 Refurbished, great amenities. No kitchen but fridge, microwave and coffee machine available Quiet in a small condominium on an inner courtyard. Very well located a few minutes walk to the T3 which serves the Part-Dieu train station in 6 minutes and the Carré de Soie (Rhône Express) in 10 minutes. Bus and Vélov present at the Tram stop. Shops nearby, bakery at the end of the street. Towels and bed sheets provided Wi-Fi.
