"Mazot" cottage in a green setting with private garden. Located in the heart of the Haut Jura Natural Park and the lake region, at an altitude of 820 m, the chalet is a true haven of peace. Lake Etival 1.5 KM away, shops 9 KM away (Clairvaux-les-Lacs), cross-country ski slopes 6 KM away, downhill ski slopes 30 minutes' drive away. Numerous walks or mountain biking to do from the chalet. Other activities include water sports, horseback riding, tree climbing, snowshoeing, sledding, all within 15 KM.

A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Small charming chalet, ideal for holidays for couples, families or groups of friends. No Wi-Fi but scrabble and raclette! TV without channels but DVD available 15 min walk to La Mercantine beach. A balcony overlooking the forest and lake views, possibility of barbecues, Pretty bathroom with walk-in shower. Fireplace (wood at the supermarket) - Furnished kitchen 1 bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed (open to the living room but separated by furniture) 2 beds 90 x 200 in the living room

At the Gates of Nature

Located in a hamlet overlooking the Plans d'Hotonnes ski resort (1100 m), this accommodation is made for mid-mountain lovers. Like us surely, you will fall for the view, comfort, calm, direct access to cross-country ski slopes and many hiking and mountain bike trails, in the heart of a Natura 2000 classified area. You will be 1.5 km from the alpine ski slopes. You can visit our shepherd friends a 5-minute walk away and discover their activities according to the seasons.

The Lake Étival Cottage

Pets not allowed. Heating not included. New cottage located in the Haut-Jura Regional Park, between lakes and mountains. Quiet on a private 1004 m2 unfenced lot. Quiet and rest assured in a real green setting 800 m from Lake Étival (swimming, walking and fishing). In winter, you can enjoy cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and dog sledding in Prénovel (8 km), downhill skiing in Morbier (25 km) or Les Rousses (35 km). 3-star gîte

Le pré Benoit

Your cocoon for 2 people is located on the 1st floor of my house. The entrance is well separated, you are totally independent. The nearby nature offers beautiful opportunities for walks in the forest. You will appreciate my place for the interior spaces, the cocoon, the tranquility. My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers. I live there but no opposite, the entrance is separate and I am available for any information.

L'Orée des Bauges, small chalet facing the mountains

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. At an altitude of 650 m, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Birds of prey and other birds can be frequently observed there, as well as large animals (deer, does) depending on the season. The cottage is not suitable for children and infants.

Small 40 m2 duplex cottage on our beautiful 4000 m2 property overlooking the Colombier and the Lac du Lit du Roi. A beautiful fully equipped terrace (table/ deckchairs), our sheep at the bottom of the garden, the calm and the proximity of Aix-les-Bains and Lake Bourget will allow you to have a pleasant stay. Ideal for a couple with a child (or two). For sports enthusiasts, the Via Rhôna is a few meters walk away.
