It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, cayak, canoeing, bicycle riding. The next ski resorts are about a one hour drive

This peaceful accommodation, 10 km from the historic center of Annecy and the lake, at the gateway to the Bauges Natural Park, 20 minutes from the Semnoz ski resort, offers couples or families a relaxing stay between city and countryside. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy swimming, hiking, cycling or mountain biking, climbing sites, skiing and snowshoeing in winter. Everyone can also enjoy the many festivals and entertainment around Annecy and the crafts of the Bauges mountain range.

In the heart of the Bugey mountains and in a wine region, the area is conducive to walks, hikes, discovery of waterfalls, caves and surrounding lakes.
