Newly-built exclusive guest house with sea view 75m from the sandy beach at Revhaken. The guesthouse 30 sqm accommodates the kitchen area with a dining area for 5 and a sofa for 2. In the kitchen part there is fridge, freezer, stovetop, oven and dishwasher. Toilet/shower room with washing machine. Entrance with stair to the sleeping loft. In the sleeping loft, which is 16 sqm large and with a ceiling height of 110 cm, there is 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Facing the sea 20 sqm wooden deck with awning, electric grill and seating for 10 people. 8 sqm storage room.

New guest house of 30 square meters on secluded part of property with private parking and large sunny patio. Secluded bedroom + sleeping loft. Full equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Short walking distance to Täppet's wonderful sandy beach. The Åhusbryggan and event area (beach handball, beach soccer etc) one kilometer away. In addition, adjacent to lovely hiking areas. Electric car charging is not allowed in wall outlets, but contact the host for the possibility of charging via charging box (for a fee) on another part of the property.

Welcome to our dear cohabitation cottage! This cottage is located on Äspet in Åhus, with 200 meters to the sea as well as the crown forest. It is about 1,5 km to the city centre where the harbour and all restaurants are located! Guests have access to their own patio area as well as a parking space next to the cottage. Two bicycles are available to borrow. Bed linens & towels are on site, if you want to rent, 200 SEK. In that case, this must be notified before arrival. Cleaning takes place as agreed by the tenant the day you go home.

The living area features a cozy seating nook with a daybed and decorative pillows, framed by large windows that offer a view of the green outdoor space. Natural light fills the room, accentuating the wood flooring and soft drapes.

Nice Attefallshus in a quiet neighbourhood.

Our Attefalshus is located in a family-friendly villa area close to the forest and at bike distance to the chalk-white sandy beaches that Åhus is famous for. There are good transport links to grocery stores, the city centre and Kristianstad. You can take a bike or a nice walk to Åhus harbour. The house offers all amenities such as fully equipped kitchen and household utensils, AC, floor heating, washing machine, Wifi etc. Should you miss anything in the house you can always knock on our door which is your nearest neighbor.

Double bed in Bedroom and sofa bed in living room. Private entrance and patio as well as free parking. - No cleaning fee- You leave the place in the same condition as upon arrival. Cleaning can be purchased. - Towels and sheets for a fee. - Smoking and pets are not allowed.
