Welcome to this quiet 1920s home, a 5-minute walk from the beach. The ground floor has a ceiling height of 3 meters. There is an equipped kitchen, dining area and spacious sofa set with room to socialize. The house is partially newly renovated and all rooms repainted. There are three bedrooms with seven beds and two sofa beds. Bed linen and bath towel included. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Laundry room is in the basement. Free parking is included, with room for four cars. In the garden, there is a conservatory with a dining area.

Please note that this accommodation has access to a toilet and sink and a small fridge, but that there is no access to a shower/hot water or kitchen. If there are more than 2 people, it is possible during certain periods to rent an additional guest house (without toilet) on the property, right next to the other cottage. If so, please contact the host before booking.

Small apartment in an old half-timbered house just outside the wall of medieval Åhus. The apartment forms a separate part of the residential building with its own entrance, two rooms and its own shower room. In one room, there is a small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, egg cooker and toaster. Car can be parked on the lawn outside the entrance. There is also garden furniture.

You'll like our place because of the location and the view. The property can accommodate couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged friends (pets).
