The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed that is 160 cm and also a sofa bed for 1 person in the living room. Shower, toilet and washing machine. The cottage is equipped with a small kitchen that can accommodate most things such as fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Large wooden deck with lovely morning sun. Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.
