The cottage is located by the sea with stunning sandy beach. The property is in very good condition and is within a private residence plot. The cottage has a kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and sink. Miscellaneous kitchen utensils and coffee maker. In connection there is the living room with TV, as well as sofa bed (2 seats). Bedroom with double bed and wardrobes. Sleeping loft with double bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Nearby is the famous Åhusbryggan, Restaurant and hotel with spa "Åhus Seaside"

Welcome to our dear cohabitation cottage! This cottage is located on Äspet in Åhus, with 200 meters to the sea as well as the crown forest. It is about 1,5 km to the city centre where the harbour and all restaurants are located! Guests have access to their own patio area as well as a parking space next to the cottage. Two bicycles are available to borrow. Bed linens & towels are on site, if you want to rent, 200 SEK. In that case, this must be notified before arrival. Cleaning takes place as agreed by the tenant the day you go home.

Apartment in half-timbered yard

Small apartment in old half-timbered farm just outside the wall to medieval Åhus. The apartment forms a separate part of the residence wing with its own entrance, two rooms and private shower room. In one room there is a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, water boiler, egg boiler and toaster. Car can be parked on the lawn outside the entrance. There is also garden furniture.

Our cottage is 40 sqm. and is close to the city center, art and culture, restaurants and food. You can easily walk to the sea which is only 500 meters away with its nice sandy beach. You'll like our place because of the location and the view. The property can accommodate couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged friends (pets).

Please note that during the summer of 2025 we rent out full weeks (change on Sundays) during the period: July 20th - August 17th A guest house built in 2020 just 250m from the wonderful beach. The 32m² is wisely planned and sleeps two bedrooms, kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with washing machine. The morning and morning sun lights up the 35m² wooden deck.
