Small apartment in an old half-timbered house just outside the wall of medieval Åhus. The apartment forms a separate part of the residential building with its own entrance, two rooms and its own shower room. In one room, there is a small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, egg cooker and toaster. Car can be parked on the lawn outside the entrance. There is also garden furniture.

Our cottage is 40 sqm. and is close to the city center, art and culture, restaurants and food. You can easily walk to the sea which is only 500 meters away with its nice sandy beach. You'll like our place because of the location and the view. The property can accommodate couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged friends (pets).

A nice holiday home with a lovely view of the open landscape on Österlen. One length of this built-around farm is furnished for a pleasant holiday stay. There are three bedrooms with two beds in each room and a cosy sleeping loft with ladder.
