Private annex and room in the house, idyllic close to the city center

The annex and the room on the ground floor can be rented alone. The price is $1300 for each room. Enrum is a quiet neighborhood with protected housing from the 1920s. The pride of the city,beautiful Ravnedalen is two min away, with stairs up to the hiking area of Baneheia where there are several bathing water. In Ravnedalen there is also a cultural cafe with opportunities for food service far in the evening, beer and wine and concerts,quiz and bingo! It takes 15 minutes to walk down to the city center , the bus leaves once an hour two minutes away from the house.

Idyllic and family friendly small farm space both inside and out, and a perfect vacation paradise for family and friends. The home has a large kitchen, two living areas, two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms available, as well as large outdoor area. *Some of the decor in the photos may differ, as there are now children in houses. There are good hiking opportunities nearby, with a short distance to Damsmoen ski and hiking trails, dog park and large sandy beach on Roresanden. Even we live either in the guesthouse on the property or are out of town.

Apartment with bath, kitchen, two bedrooms (For some reason Airbnb only give me one), possibilities for make and store food. The apartment has everything you need for å good stay. Everything is at 2nd floor, and you have it all by yourself. Just 200 meter to beach, and 6 km to downtown Kristiansand. If you are a company and want longer stay, just send me a message.

Freedom, quiet and calm

Back to basic. Enjoy the deafening silence…. With the view of the mountains and pure nature, you feel very small for a while, and then find the power for life. The small cottage can offer you a lot: a good sleeping place for 2 people downstairs, and 1 person in the attic. There is a 5liter water bottle, coffee and tea. Also it has an electric and wood-fired stove. A luxurious bathroom and toilet are a 20-meter walk away.. feel free and find yourself

Vinterro has a lovely location above Lake Åmlivatnet. Bed linen, towels and breakfast included in the stay. Guests use/share bathroom, toilet and library on the 2nd floor. Access to gym, patio with barbecue. Guests do not have access to kitchen but the host lives on the ground floor and offers a great breakfast every morning. Meals beyond that may be arranged if time allows.
