Kid-friendly vacation rentals in 8th arrondissement

We 100% recommend the place. We felt very comfortable. Louisa and her family are great hosts. The location was just perfect for us. Supermarket, restaurants and the train station were within walking distance. We will definitely be happy to come back.

The place is very cozy and clean. The host was very nice, there was no problem to leave the luggage earlier and check out later. We even got pastries! I highly recommend it ;)

I highly recommend this beautiful apartment, especially for the location which was just a few minutes walk to Champs Elysees, and great attractions. Also near two major Metro lines. The hosts were fantastic - very responsive and friendly!

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Stayed at Justin’s for 1 night with my daughter until our other Air BnB was ready for remainder of our 2 week stay. It was simple yet charming Parisian apartment. Perfect for the 2 of us. I loved opening the big beautiful windows looking out on the street! Right around the corner from Rue Cler a most popular market street in Paris. Just wonderful! Thank you Justin for having us! Definitely will book again!

Celeste was very helpful on arrival and gave us a recommendation to the excellent Bruts, bistro 5 minutes from the apartment. The place was very convenient for Montmartre, shops and metro. The 2 level property was just what we needed for a base but we also had 2 meals there including one in the pleasant garden! Do use the projector TV in the bedroom. This apartment is highly recommended.

There was scaffolding on the building blocking our view when we arrived but Phillippe immediately offered us a larger apt. to compensate for the obstructed view. The apt. was very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We were extremely comfortable for our 6 nights in Paris. Phillippe greeted us with a basket of fruits and water and he could not be more responsive and helpful. It was a perfect location walkable to most attractions and extremely close to the Georges V metro line.

We loved staying at Agathe's place, the views of the Eiffel Tower were absolutely fantastic. She is always friendly, the place is very comfortable and cozy. A great location, we walked to the Champs-Elysées for a picnic or to the Eiffel Tower itself. The condominium where the apartment is located is also very beautiful, it was nice to arrive, you always felt well received. We would definitely stay again.

Very safe building and neighborhood. Conveniently located and clean home. City bikes available right out front of building. Aude was a great host.

Very well located, new flat in great location. It is quite noisy during weekdays with office employees above the flat and the rug in living room does need a clean. Apart from this, all was good

Impeccable studio in a wonderfully quiet but certainly not boring neighborhood. Walkable distance to the best of Paris: Eiffel towel, Arch de Triomphe and champs Élysée. I will certainly come back.

My stay at Sebastian and Kazumi's apartment in Paris was truly exceptional. This was my first time exploring the city, and their place made it an unforgettable experience that makes me eager to return. The apartment itself was pristine – every piece of furniture was clean and felt premium, and the linens were fantastic. What truly set this stay apart was the hosts' incredible hospitality. Sebastian and Kazumi were so responsive and proactive throughout my visit. They readily provided an extra fan and even brought in an AC unit for the last couple of days when I asked. Kazumi went above and beyond with a delightful and very tasty Japanese bento box and cookies upon check-out, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The 8th arrondissement proved to be the perfect base: it offered a wonderful sense of privacy and great walkability, feeling tranquil yet conveniently close to all the main attractions. This is definitely where you want to stay!

The apartment was well presented, clean and tidy. Looked like the pictures which is great, location is great close to everything really! Marko is a responsive host and is there to answer any of your questions etc. A great place!

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

We had the most beautiful stay in Hubert and Victorias place! We arrived and it was raining but made it so cosy and atmospheric on the balcony. Comfy bed, clean all over and we slept really well. Super lovely and helpful hosts. 5 flights of stairs felt very worth it when you get in!! Balcony picnics to remember forever. So gorgeous and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Very happy with our stay! The location was great - walkable to everything in Montmartre including the Metro. It was close enough to the Main Street for easy accessibility but yet private and safe. Marie was a super responsive and friendly host! Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Montmartre. The apartment itself was exactly as pictured.

Fabulous place and location! Sleek, roomy and very clean. Lots of windows and natural light. Blackout shades worked great for those who wanted to sleep in. Good restaurants around the corner.

Once again, perfect stay with everything we needed and Christelle was always extremely helpful, offering us to leave our bags on our last day and telling us not to worry about cleaning the apartment after we said our flight was early in the morning. I highly recommend!
