Kid-friendly vacation rentals in 8th arrondissement

Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Louisa und ihre Familie sind tolle Gastgeber. Die Lage war für uns einfach perfekt. Supermarkt, Restaurants sowie der Bahnhof waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Miejsce bardzo przytulne i czyste. Gospodarz bardzo miły, nie było problemu, żeby zostawić bagaże prędzej i wymeldować się później. Dostaliśmy nawet wypieki! bardzo polecam ;)

We absolutely love our entire stay! From the location to the apt in general….I can’t think of many other air bnb’s or even hotels that matched the experience I had. Whenever I’m back in Paris I will make sure to look for this host first!

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

There was scaffolding on the building blocking our view when we arrived but Phillippe immediately offered us a larger apt. to compensate for the obstructed view. The apt. was very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We were extremely comfortable for our 6 nights in Paris. Phillippe greeted us with a basket of fruits and water and he could not be more responsive and helpful. It was a perfect location walkable to most attractions and extremely close to the Georges V metro line.

Very safe building and neighborhood. Conveniently located and clean home. City bikes available right out front of building. Aude was a great host.

Joffrey was extremely responsive and helpful. The entire experience was five stars. The location is fantastic and we would rebook again if we return to Paris.

My stay at Sebastian and Kazumi's apartment in Paris was truly exceptional. This was my first time exploring the city, and their place made it an unforgettable experience that makes me eager to return. The apartment itself was pristine – every piece of furniture was clean and felt premium, and the linens were fantastic. What truly set this stay apart was the hosts' incredible hospitality. Sebastian and Kazumi were so responsive and proactive throughout my visit. They readily provided an extra fan and even brought in an AC unit for the last couple of days when I asked. Kazumi went above and beyond with a delightful and very tasty Japanese bento box and cookies upon check-out, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The 8th arrondissement proved to be the perfect base: it offered a wonderful sense of privacy and great walkability, feeling tranquil yet conveniently close to all the main attractions. This is definitely where you want to stay!

Gran apartamento, muy fácil de llegar, céntrico, miles de opciones cerca, limpio y cómodo. Tal cual como lo describen es como es. Super recomendable dormir aquí por varias noches.

We had a wonderful experience at this property! The apartment is lovely, well maintained and in a fun location. It was nice to have the luxury of knowing you have a concierge at a desk on premises, if you need anything. I would definitely recommend this property to others and would certainly book here again!

Hele fijne en grote ruimte, mooi ingericht en rustig door de binnenplaats. Heel prettige communicatie met Frédéric. En super dat hij veel tips voor restaurants en bezoenswaardigheden geeft. Tip: huur fietsen bij café Le Peloton (neem de telefoonhouder erbij en vraag om fietsverlichting).

Excellent location, very responsive host and unit was as described. Neighbors were noisy at times but as to be expected in a city unit. It was a little tight for four people but the sofa bed was surprisingly very comfortable. Happy for the big fan as it is warm in there.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

A beautiful, intricate, spiral staircase leads to this quiet, calm, carefully designed apartment, with its Montmartre spirit. Bed extremely comfortable. Kitchen space has everything needed. Balcony with views to the sky. Great location near cafes, bakeries, patisseries and other artisinal shops. We had a wonderful stay.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Very happy with our stay! The location was great - walkable to everything in Montmartre including the Metro. It was close enough to the Main Street for easy accessibility but yet private and safe. Marie was a super responsive and friendly host! Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Montmartre. The apartment itself was exactly as pictured.

Fabulous place and location! Sleek, roomy and very clean. Lots of windows and natural light. Blackout shades worked great for those who wanted to sleep in. Good restaurants around the corner.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Christelles und Smails Wohnung. Die Nähe zu Paris war perfekt. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war man innerhalb 30 Minuten im Zentrum von Paris. Gerne wieder!
