Louvre small studio loft

A small studio 17m2 on the 1st floor with a mezzanine, 3 mins from the Louvre and River Seine - it is a loft space small sitting area only with high ceiling and large double glazed window. It’s fully equipped. The loft is on a busy street. There is a pizzeria that closes at midnight but the bar opposite closes very very late and can be noisy as people leave as the street is narrow. If you are used to busy the central location is really unbeatable but not for light sleepers.

Atelier Georges Braque

Real artist's studio, inhabited by the painter Georges Braque in 1911, in a small street that leaves from Pigalle. The workshop , located on the 2nd floor, is now completely renovated, comfortable, very well equipped, 4m high under the ceiling, bright, the bay windows open onto the courtyard, paved and wooded with magnolias and roses. The weather is suspended, the calm, the softness of the light, the famous workshops of the Montmartre hill, in the heart of Pigalle.

In one of the small streets behind the church Saint Germain des Prés, in a house built in 1650, a cosy two-bedrooms-space is waiting for you. One bed is 180cm large, the other one 160cm. Two toilets, one bathroom with an extra large shower. I lovingly renovated and refurbished this historical place. It’s calm and charming, with old stones and wooden beams. Just around the corner: shops, restaurants, jazz musicians, legendary cafes and famous adresses.
