Late Gothic house from 1519

The late Gothic house from 1519 is the oldest, preserved residential building in the Untermhaus district & was very elaborately restored & renovated in 4 years. The former building ruin has become a small gem. Particular emphasis was placed on the expansion with ecological building materials, such as clay & lime, clay colors. Many old historical components were reinstalled. During the dismantling work, another hand-painted approx. 500-year-old plank ceiling was discovered.

The bright cottage, furnished in the Scandinavian style, is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Erzgebirge. 15 minutes by car from Chemnitz, the cultural capital '25, 200 m next to a bike path, which leads in both directions through a lot of nature to the surrounding villages or allows hikes to the nearby castles. Small apartment in the nursery

The small apartment is located in the middle of a gardening property on the ground floor of the landlord's house. The access is via a paved dirt road. The entrance is accessible via the rear courtyard. By car you can drive almost directly to the front door, through the idyllic garden area and the kitchen garden. Attention: In summer, parking is limited by falling apples (under apple tree). In front of the property is a parking space that can also be used.

Small chaotic cozy vacation home. Ideal for 2 to 3 persons. It's peaceful and calm here. You can follow the sun on 3 terraces or take long walks through the adjacent forests. There is a small dam nearby for swimming and a leisure pool or the Muldenwehr in Hartenstein. The actual village, shopping and train station are about 1 km away. Larger cities such as Zwickau, Schneeberg and Aue can be reached quickly by car.
