Within walking distance you can reach the bakery (open on Sundays!), supermarket and public transport to Dresden in 5 minutes. This takes you in about 20 minutes to the city center to the Frauenkirche, Semperoper, Zwinger or to the main train station Dresden. From there you can also start a trip to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains or to Meissen. Hiking or biking trails are right outside the front door.

Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Autumn is finally here! The wagon stands on the edge of the forest with views of hilly meadows. The birds chirp cheerfully and the forest lake calls the hardened to a swim (12 min walk). You'll be sitting on the terrace all day, making campfires and chilling out – and heating up the sauna in the evening! When it gets cold, you can heat up the kitchen stove and make yourself comfortable. Since the civilization is far away, go shopping beforehand. Irritable is the new organic!

Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.
