Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Beautiful apartment on the first floor in an old farmhouse. Centrally located. Three bedrooms and a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom are available. Wood burning. In winter, ski tours, ice skating, sledding, cross-country skiing, skiing, snowboarding. In summer, hiking, biking, bouldering in the Magic Woods and wildlife watching. Paragliding and the Andeer mineral bath attract visitors all year round. Products are available fresh from the farm in the village, Volg in the neighboring village, Postbus stop right in front of the house.

Max. 16 people. Self-catering. Lighting: solar energy 24 V. Cooking: gas/wood. Hot water for kitchen & shower (instantaneous water heater). Central heating and 1 stove in the large living room. 1 double & 2 large multi-bed rooms on the upper floor. Panoramic terrace, large lawn with brick fireplace. Access (summer) by car in about 7 minutes, on foot in about 40 minutes. In winter, no access by car is possible. (12/20 - 04/30) Food & luggage transport can be booked. Hot pot with bubbles can be booked in addition.

Free parking is included. The large property is fully fenced. The large seating area with fire bowl for barbecuing can be used in consultation (parties with consultation / rent of both apartments). The apartment is very centrally located, ideal for many activities in winter and summer.

Our cozy and fully equipped 4.5-room apartment with 82 m² in the chalet apartment building is located in a central and sunny location above the Volg with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 families up to a total of 6 people plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250 m) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

You'll love my place because of the quiet location with the direct, beautiful view of the Hinterrhein and the mountain landscape. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with 2 kids.

Sunny apartment with nice views. Children and compatible pets welcome. 4 bedrooms, a living room with balcony, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub/toilet. On our terrace there is an outdoor hot tub for 5 people available free of charge. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few exterior stairs. Enjoy undisturbed relaxation with stunning views!
