Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

New studio in the barn

Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

A Studio with lots of charme in a quite place. Perfect to enjoy a holiday field with sport activities or moments of relax. The Apartment has all comforts: high speed WiFi for free, floor heating, bedlinen and towels, television, electric kettle, cooking utensils and parking for free. The apartment has a big bathroom, a bright livingroom with kitchen and a double bedroom with a memory form mattress which will provide you with a comfortable and restful sleep. Just magic!

Val Zebrù - Baite di Pecè surrounded by nature.

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. The small apartment (bedroom, living room, dining room (no cooking stove), shower/toilet) in a 400 year old farmhouse is close to Ardez train station. There are many antique utensils in the house and in the apartment. You'll love my place because of the old-fashioned charm, equipped with all the comforts.
