We are happy to welcome you to the beautiful Sterrebosch Estate in the newly built in the barn. It includes 6 double rooms (21 m2) with private bathrooms. From here there are many options, such as walking/cycling along the IJssel, a day trip to the beautiful Hanseatic city of Deventer, sauna Thermen Bussloo, Paleis het Loo in Apeldoorn or to the Veluwe. Onze nieuw gebouwde bosvilla staat midden in een groene oase van stilte, ontspanning en rust in de bosrijke heuvels van Groesbeek. Vanuit dit vrijstaande huis kun je heerlijk wandelen, fietsen en/of mountainbiken. De ruime villa heeft een oppervlakte van 110 m2 en 3 slaapkamers en is omringd door een grote tuin grenzend aan het bos. Het perceel van bijna 800 m2 heeft een eigen parkeerplaats, dus privacy en ruimte zijn gewaarborgd. Wij verwelkomen je van harte voor een heerlijke vakantie!

Onze Scandinavische modern-vintage hideaway ligt verscholen aan de bosrand. Open de schuifdeur en ontbijt met vogelgeluiden, dennengeur en eekhoorns om je heen. Grote glazen puien, Deense design meubels, een regendouche en een baristahoek zorgen voor luxe comfort midden in de natuur. Buiten geniet je van een douche of bad onder de dennen, relaxen in de hangmat en een vuurkorf onder de sterrenhemel. De Gorsselse Heide en de historische Hanzesteden Zutphen en Deventer liggen om de hoek.

Just get away from it all, catch your breath, hike, bike in a quiet area. Enjoy the tranquility and space in and around the Atelier GewoonDoennn. The room features a fully equipped kitchen. There is a pocket spring sofa bed that can be made into two single or one double bed. Bath towels and bedding are provided. In the garden, a few different seating areas have been created. Cost of using the sauna is €20 for 4 hours. A sound massage in the yurt can be booked, €60 per session.

Garden house Deventer

Tucked away in a wild garden is this unique garden house, close to the historic center of Deventer. Sustainably built with recycled materials and tastefully decorated. Ideal for two people, with a sofa bed for a third person. The garden house has its own entrance and there is a lot of privacy. Through the oldest city park in the Netherlands, you cross the IJssel with the ferry and you are in the middle of the lively city center. Or walk around the corner into the floodplains.

The Yellow House 1910

Unique heritage accommodation in the Achterhoek! In an artist's studio from 1910, a comfortable lodging has been realized since the summer of 2025. Quietly located in an oasis of greenery and yet right in the center of Zelhem. Swimming pool, cafes, restaurants, shops and bus stop within walking distance. It is an ideal base for walks, bike rides through the beautiful scenery of the Achterhoek or a visit to atmospheric places such as Doesburg, Bronckhorst, Vorden and Zutphen.

The Quince, a cozy bed and meadow cottage.

De Kweepeer is a cozy space in the bakery that is located next to a farmhouse. The house has all the comforts. Beemte Broekland is located in a rural area between Apeldoorn and Deventer. You love a vintage look and quiet environment, especially in the evening. The Veluwe and the IJssel are easy to visit, but cities like Zutphen and Zwolle are also easily accessible. You can park the car(s) at the house. We don't offer breakfast service. Come stay!

The small cottage

Enjoy the rolling landscape, tranquility and space and the Twente sobriety in the village of the five hills. This unique accommodation is in the middle of the Borkeld nature reserve, where you can follow beautiful hiking and biking routes. Several MTB mountain bike routes are close by. In this guest house, you have your own cooking facilities, spacious sanitary facilities and a lovely double bed. Optional: breakfast is available on request.
