The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast is available upon request.

Sleeping in a tree, literally sleeping among the branches, is an indescribable experience.

The house is full of comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!

We, Menno and Lian, are happy to welcome guests to our national monument villa Daalhuis in Velp near Arnhem. BREAKFAST Breakfast is not included. The LIDL and AH are right around the corner. However, if desired, we serve breakfast for you in the room or in one of the cozy en-suite dining rooms on the ground floor. We'll settle this on the spot. Per breakfast, per person €17.50 GARDEN Our guests are allowed to use our large garden.

The flat is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Velp, near Arnhem, Burgers Zoo, Open Air Museum and of course National Park Veluwezoom.
