The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Back to the roots - life like in the 70s! This stylish studio in the center of Essen leaves nothing to be desired. Centrally located in the district of Holsterhausen, you can walk to both the main station, the trendy district of Rüttenscheid or the Essen exhibition center. The 45 m² apartment has a large, light-flooded living room with sofa-bed and separate sleeping area with a queen-size bed. It is a beautiful apartment in the middle of the girls' quarter (Seitenstrasse). Restaurants, supermarkets, etc. are a few minutes' walk away. It doesn't get any more central than this. Local transport, highway and city center are also within easy reach. Free parking is available in front of the door. The apartment is perfectly equipped and nothing is missing. I live here most of the time myself and love my home. All things are of very high quality and should be treated well.

Quiet room with separate entrance, bathroom with shower, cooking facilities, microwave, kettle, TV and fridge in a well-kept residential area. For energy-saving reasons, it is NOT possible to bathe. Guests can use the washing machine and dryer. The entrance through the garden is steep and not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Shopping is within walking distance. Central places are accessible by public transport. There is a private small terrace.
