Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Zelhem

Wonderful stay, large set up and very private. You are outside but also in a few minutes by bike in the heart of the city center in Doetinchem or Stroombroek for a refreshing dip. There is a shed for your bikes that locks. All facilities are provided, even a private garden where you look far away with sometimes some horses or ponies in the meadow. The highway is close, but you hardly notice this inside. The communication is good, Robin and Daan are very friendly and always benevolent to help with anything. We were happy to stay there for a few months to bridge to our own home!

We stayed here for two nights and that was actually not enough. The area is very quiet and beautiful, the cottage has everything you need and is very cozy. Theo responds very quickly. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastically beautiful house in Eefde! The accommodation is not only super stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail, but also incredibly cozy – you immediately feel at home. Everything was sparkling clean and perfectly prepared. Surrounded by fields, you really live in the middle of nature and can enjoy the absolute peace. Never before have I experienced an accommodation that was even more beautiful in real life than in the photos! We were particularly enthusiastic about the loving, local welcome gifts such as fresh apple juice, beer and homemade jam – such a warm gesture! The hostess is very friendly, helpful and available at all times. For us, it was an all-around perfect experience, and we would come back anytime. Thank you, Aljanneke! 🤗

For us as a large family (2 adults, 4 children 7-14 years) nothing was left to be desired: sufficient bedrooms and accommodation (indoors and outdoors); games available indoors and in the garage; shopping and excursion destinations in the vicinity easily accessible by bike; beautiful location, felt "in the middle of the forest"; super equipped kitchen (!) and a sauna :)

Beautifully located house at the edge of the village and the forest. The kitchen has everything needed for home cooking. Sandra is a warm hostess who responds quickly. Now in winter fine house but in good weather completely ideal.

Beautiful house. Spacious, clean, nice view. And nice and free. Only thing you hear are birds and somewhere someone who works on the land. So rest everywhere. All provided, nice towels, good beds. Small note, the bedroom with the "older"bed had no direct outside light and air. They had solved it very well, but if you are someone who likes to sleep with an open window, you have to sleep in the room with the separate beds. Wasn't a problem for us, but it's just for your info. We would come back again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay. Remco was always easy to reach and always responded and helped super quickly to requests. The surroundings are totally beautiful. Many restaurants are within walking distance and a supermarket is right next door. We highly recommend the place

The area is great and easy to walk and otherwise the bus towards the center. Stop is a 2-minute walk. Very welcoming and friendly owners. Everything was just great!

We had a really wonderful time in this beautiful apartment! It is in a beautiful old building, but is modern but cozy inside. Nice big bed, spacious kitchen and a nice sitting area with large TV, chromecast etc. You step out the door and are in the center of Zutphen, very convenient! Johan is a very friendly, attentive host who even arranged a camping bed for our 1-year-old daughter. We felt very welcome ☺️

The Airbnb had a loft look with all the comforts. We felt right at home and the hosts were very friendly, definitely recommended!

The house was very cosy, clean, and nicely decorated. The garden was superb, and Ivon and her husband are very friendly and easy-going. I needed to be close to the university, and the location was excellent. Strongly recommended.

What a nice place! We really enjoyed our stay with Ans and Anton. Their B&B was the perfect base for the wedding we were going to. And how sweet: when it was pouring out of the sky, Anton even brought us the car! The next morning we were spoiled with a delicious breakfast. Everything was taken care of to the last detail. Impressive building, cozy bed, lots of beautiful ancient details. The location is great, once across the less busy road and you are in the beautiful city center. Annelies greeted us, explained the parking lot and the house. She filled the refrigerator beforehand so that we could have breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back! We spent some wonderful days in the apartment. You really have your peace there and are very close to nature. We and the children especially liked the neighboring horse paddock. We slept well in the beds and everything you need was also available in the bathroom and kitchen. Katharina was super accessible for questions. The apartment is nicely decorated and everything was clean when we arrived.

I had a peaceful time at Karl’s place with my little doggy. Karl and his wife are adorable. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay with Werner and Friederike. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating at all times, and they even left some welcome presents for us upon arrival. The house is beautiful and artistic, every detail has been taken care of. The garden is incredible. We enjoyed our days at Werner's and Friederike's house thoroughly and we highly recommend to stay with them.

What a wonderful stay! Complete peace! Irene is very warm and she respects your privacy. She is present when needed, but otherwise you do not notice that you are in someone's house. All available rooms are private. We completely relaxed and felt at home from the first minute. Everything was clean and the beds slept wonderfully. Thank you very much!!

The place was clean and cozy, even though the furniture was a bit older. But that didn't spoil the stay – everything was functional and in good condition. The contact with the hostess was very pleasant, friendly and straightforward. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the place!

Recommended for a weekend getaway to Deventer, this apartment has its own garden, kitchen and living room and bedroom. With a supermarket 100 meters away to fill your fridge. 10 minutes walk from the beautiful historic center. The amenities in the apartment were very good, a nice bed and everything was very clean. We'll definitely be back!

Very friendly people and respond immediately (if the situation allows) had a very nice stay, but do take into account the owners who live below! Delicious duvet slept well and delicious bathroom. Thank you for the flexibility 👌🏾
