The cozy living and dining area by the large panoramic window offers a wonderful view. The fully equipped kitchen offers coffee and tea as well as all the necessary equipment. A special highlight is the private wooden barrel sauna, which invites you to relax. The south-facing terrace with hammock and grill promises relaxing hours outdoors. We also offer a minibar, WiFi, satellite TV and optionally with daily breakfast service directly to your door.

Zahradní apartment. The quietest unit on the premises, 60 m² with one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. The view of the chateau garden is the ideal companion for morning coffee and evening relaxation. Fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom and period interior from 2024. The Zahradní apartment is perfect for a couple or a small family looking for peace and privacy. Without a second bedroom, but with a view of the greenery. Just outside the gate, there's a park, bike trails, and e-bikes for trips around Šumava.

Our house is located at 900 meters above sea level right on the edge of the forest. At the house there is an 11 KW charging station (type 2) for electric vehicles (please reserve)

Our vacation cottage "Seinerzeit" offers space for 2 - 10 people. Divided into two separate apartments that are lovingly and comfortably furnished with natural materials, such as wood from our own forest and granite as well as with style. The vacation cottage is ecologically supplied, because it is heated by the house's own organic wood chip heating system. Its electricity is generated by its own photovoltaic system and its own soft water comes from the farm's own well.
