It is a fully equipped 2+kk apartment with a separate entrance of 56m2 with a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed with a quality mattress for year-round sleeping, a balcony overlooking the ridge of Královský Hvozd and a fully equipped kitchenette. The apartment also has a crib and a washing machine with a dryer. You can store your bikes, strollers or skis in the cellar. The apartment has one parking space.

A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Apartment in the heart of Šumava, located on the German side of the Iron Ore, just 1 km from the border. In the center of Bayerisch Eisenstein, opposite the hotel with the possibility of using the wellness. In winter, skiing and cross-country trails on both the German and Czech sides. Summer activities: many well-marked hiking and biking trails, bike park in Špičák, lakes: Černé, Čertovo, Laka, Javorské, cable cars: Pancíř, Špičák, Javor. We love to welcome you in our former spacious forester's house. We are a Dutch family with 3 children who bought the house in 2006 as a family vacation home. With a lot of love and attention we think we have created a unique spot in the quiet forests of the Czech Republic. If you love nature you will feel completely at home. Walking, cycling, mountain biking, you are in the middle of it! In the summer you can enjoy the silence on the veranda and in the winter the cosines by the fireplace.
