Our stay at Matea's place in Sukosan was just amazing! The place was sparkling clean and well equipped – we felt comfortable from the first moment. Especially for families with children, this place is ideal. The host family was incredibly friendly and accommodating and even shared toys for our kids which made us very happy. Supermarkets and everything you need are in the immediate vicinity, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The value for money is also outstanding. We would love to book with Matea again at any time and highly recommend this place!♥️

Cosy flat in the little port in Mali Iž. We were there for a coulple of days in the end of September, and the place was quiet and peaceful. Views from the balcony on the water and the port is all you need :) Bedroom window is facing the courtyard and it was super silent, good night sleep. Kitchen is not big but has everything you need, we cooked and it was ok. The shop is literally next door. Kind hosts. We recommend it!

Cornelis's apartment was so lovely! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location as restaurants nearby and a short taxi ride from Zadar. Cornelis and Dina were great hosts and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely go back here!

2-day stay in toni's apartment in June. Well-maintained place, clean terrace with sea view. Direct private access to the sea with deckchair. Beautiful view. Beautiful discovery. Toni is very responsive and responds immediately to messages.

Incredibly beautiful! The house has everything you need. Above all, it is very clean. The terrace and the view of the sea are unique. Communication is very friendly, straightforward and fast. But the location is unbeatable. You only go a few steps from the accommodation and you are by the sea and all to yourself. You are not forced to interact with others here. However, if you have any questions, you can always contact the host's very courteous father. (Lives in the next house). If you are looking for a quiet vacation, without crowds, with great views, this is definitely the place to be. Absolute recommendation!

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

We spent relaxing autumn days at Lukas' house. The heated pool was the highlight for the kids. The restaurants were unfortunately closed in Novigrad at the time, but we ate well in the neighboring village (about 15 minutes' drive) in Pizzeria Fortuna. Otherwise, catering in the house is possible, as the kitchen is functionally furnished. Microwave, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine are available. Also spices, oil and tea. We liked the quiet fishing village very much and would be happy to come back.

We were looking for the perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and truly unwind—and this place delivered in every way. The accommodation is modern, impeccably clean, and exactly as described, with all amenities thoughtfully provided. The beach view from the living room and primary bedroom is breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was a highlight. We also loved the spotless heated pool. The beach just steps away is stunning, with calm, clear waters—perfect for families with young kids. The area is peaceful, private, and serene. Despite the tranquility, it’s only a 25-minute drive to Zadar, and Uber/Bolt rides are available. Ingrid was always responsive and Kristina welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also always responsive, gave great local tips, and made our stay seamless. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable escape.

We spent four nights at Ante in Sukosan and are more than satisfied! The apartment was very clean, bright and cozy. The large bed was very comfortable for us and the bathroom had a great shower. The kitchen was stocked with basic things (very delicious olive oil to make your own salad). Ante was a great host and always responded promptly to our requests. We would come back anytime. Marko’s place is amazing! It’s a lovely, modern apartment just on the sea. Super clean and everything working perfectly. We loved our stay at house Maria. It was in a nice neighborhood walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Having 3 comfortable bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was wonderful for our group of 3 couples. The sunset over the water from the upper deck was beautiful and the side terrace was nicely shaded in the afternoon. We mostly spent time in Zadar and also went to Plitvice, and Sukošan was the perfect location for easy access to both. Maria and Branka were very accessible and we enjoyed the delicious homemade Limoncello they provided! Yum!! Thank you both for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful house, close to a great beach as well as the city of Bibinje which offers great restaurants. The location is really perfect and the host is very nice. Recommended ++!

We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back one day. The garden is beautiful, the ocean right in front of the house and a little turtle you can feed some salat. David and Izidora gave us some watermelon and tips about the area. It was lovely!

Beautiful villa with a warm hostess. Apartment 3 on the 2nd floor is huge for 2 people. The balcony with sea view invites you to linger. Good location right on the sandy beach of Jaz. Everything is within walking distance. In the preseason, you can have a nice and quiet vacation there. Many thanks to the lovely hostess.

Accommodation: This house is a real gem!!! Adrijan welcomed us warmly and guided us to the house. The path is a bit adventurous but manageable with any normal car. Once at the house, you will be rewarded by an incredibly great view. The house offers everything you need and invites you to linger. The hot tub is also a great alternative if you don't want to be by the sea all day long. We didn't mind that it was not heatable.. it was still well over 30 degrees at the end of August/ beginning of September and you are happy about the slight cooling. To the island: Pašman is amazing. A small loving, sleepy island with little tourism and many nice places and variety! Thank goodness there is now a Plodine supermarket on Pašman, so the stress of shopping is also gone! In summary, we highly recommend this accommodation and also the island. We loved it, will be back!
