Grill, fire pit, garden loungers, patio table & chairs available. Parking on site possible. Nearest shopping (Netto, Aldi) 600 m walk through forest. Public bathing area nearby.

Vacation at Lake Schaal in the Dorfhaus Techin

In the midst of the wild nature of Lake Schaalsee is the idyllic listed village of Techin. In 2021, we renovated our village house with space for 5 guests (plus toddler) with a lot of love and stylishly furnished. Families, nature lovers, active vacationers or those looking for a break will get their money's worth here! Whether swimming in crystal clear water in the lake within walking distance, cycling & hiking in the beautiful forests or lounging in the large garden - the perfect place for a break!

Clay house apartment "Klosterkaten"

The apartment is located in an old,modernized clay house in the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve,on the edge of the village of Neuenkirchen,with unobstructed views of the fields. It is 85 square meters (2 floors). There is a large kitchen-living room with stove,microwave,washing machine. Here is also the bathroom with shower + bathtub. And a small, separate room with a double bunk bed. Upstairs is a big bedroom/living space. There is a small garden with sunbathing area and fire bowl(please bring wood)

Cozy guest house in quiet location in Ratzeburg

Since November 2019, lovingly renovated single house with 80m² living space invites families to relax, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living-dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda as well as a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

The 33 sqm separate non-smoking apartment is located on the first floor in a quiet courtyard of an old town house. There is a well-equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher, gastronomic oven, induction range, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and a large modern double bed. Within walking distance are all the sights and several supermarkets open Mon to Sat until 11 pm. The apartment is large enough for 2 people, offers enough closets and shelves, even for a longer stay.

Cozy lake house

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

"Feldrain" – a cozy wooden house in the countryside, part of an ensemble with a communal sauna and private garden. Large windows open the view of the horse paddock, nature and tranquility included. On about 60 m², up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) can feel comfortable. Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes on foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

A bright, cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, a view of nature, a sauna and a spacious covered terrace that can be used in any weather.

Whether balcony or terrace - they always have a magnificent view of the water. In the living room with underfloor heating is a large flat-screen TV, in one of the bedrooms also a flat-screen TV. Our vacation home Holli (non-smoking), offers you a generous amount of space. With about 145 square meters of living space over two fully usable floors, your vacation is also possible with up to 8 people without any problems. On the ground floor there is a bedroom for 2 people, a toilet with shower room and our kitchen-living room. Equipped with a fully equipped fitted kitchen with electric stove, oven, refrigerator and a freezer.

The detached vacation home with 70 square meters of living space is close to Ratzeburg, right on the shore of Küchensee. The 8000 sqm property with old trees is unique, offering you complete tranquility and plenty of outdoor space to play and relax. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Here you can actively explore nature on forest walks and bike tours, swimming in the nearby lake, or relaxing in the hammock in the large fruit tree garden, by the crackling campfire under the stars.
