Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Hier bist Du genau richtig zum Entspannen - ob auf der Terrasse oder im großen offenen Wohnzimmer. Schnell bist du im Wald und am See. Lediglich eine Straße trennt Dich von der unbeschreiblichen Natur.

Ein EDEKA-Markt und ein Bäcker sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. PS: Als weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten gibt es ein Schlafsofa und Matratzen auf dem ausgebauten Dachboden. Hinweise: Mölln ist eine schöne Kurstadt. Wir übernehmen die Kurtaxe und du kannst mit den Kurkarten Ermäßigungen in Mölln erhalten.

Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. Geheimtips für die besten Elbstrände zum picknicken und bestaunen der Sonnenuntergänge sind natürlich inklusive.

Our small, nice apartment on the 2nd floor is suitable for 2 people. Due to the penthouse roof, it has a great room height and is bright and friendly. In the living area you have a large TV and a cozy sofa. There is also the small, well-equipped kitchenette with 2 ceramic hobs and a refrigerator. A parking space is right by the house. Distance to Ratzeburg 3 km The staircase is used by another person, as our office is located on the 1st floor.

Dear holiday guests! My apartment is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The bright, friendly apartment can accommodate two adults (with a child if necessary) and has a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Dogs are very welcome.

Relax with the whole family or in a group with friends in this peaceful accommodation. Located in the middle of our 2-hectare natural garden with fruit trees and shrubs. The apartment is 80 m², has two separate bedrooms, a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen-living room with dining area, as well as a separate bathroom and toilet. From the living room you have direct access to the south garden and your own small wooden terrace.

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.
