Great host and Unique experience , easy to find right of the highway. The RV was spacious and had all the basic amenities one would expect. Do keep in mind that hot showers in the RV last for 10 15 mins but they do have extra restroom and shower at the main building with unlimited hot water which was great.

Great location in Black Canyon City, AZ! Charles's place was clean, quiet, convenient and easy to find/check-in. It's also very close to the Black Canyon Trailhead and we went on a great hike early Sun morning. We would definitely stay again if we needed a place in the area!

The camper was as described, and it actually felt like you had your own privacy, even though it was parked near his home Tim was very responsive gave a lot of good guidelines for the area as a book on hiking. I was able to take three hikes while I was there. A lot of references for good restaurants in the area as well as places to go in Sedona just very nice friendly host very informative.

Tuzigoot Tipi

GabriellaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Loved the teepee, and the area was very quiet and peaceful! There was little to no light pollution, so the stars out there were gorgeous. I loved having the ability to light a fire in the teepee for the crisp nights, and the proximity to downtown Cottonwood was amazing. There was plenty to see and do in the area, and it was a fantastic place to stay if you're looking to not pay an arm and a leg inside the Sedona area. Vicky was so responsive at all hours and extremely kind. So grateful we found this nugget of gold!

Steve was awesome through the whole experience. We paid for the delivery and setup of the trailer and when we got there, he was waiting for us to show us how everything worked. He had the whole site set up with folding chairs, outdoor rugs, lanterns, propane fire pit and more. He was responsive to all our needs. Great experience.

This was such a wonderful place to stay. It is in a great location - about an hour from the Grand Canyon. This house was clean and well maintained. It was also very quiet and peaceful. Very relaxing. Douglas and his team were quick to respond with any question I had and they reached out to make sure I was okay. They were so friendly and I appreciated their hospitality.

The RV was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We were visiting Sedona on a holiday weekend and didn’t want to pay the exorbitant rates there, so the extra half hour drive was fine for us since it was just one night.

Wildlife Watering Hole, Sauna, Gazebo BBQ, Escape

ThomasRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My wife, Daughter and I stayed at Ben's Place for a week while visiting Grand Canyon National Park. We approached staying in an RV with a bit of trepidation, but quite a bit of curiosity as we are contemplating retirement and perhaps RV-ing around the country for a few years. Our stay removed any hesitancy, as Ben's Place had plenty of space, an expansive kitchen which we used daily, two bathrooms, and a large shower with an unlimited amount of hot water. Though our focus was on the Grand Canyon, just over 40 minutes away, Ben provided a park like environment for us to enjoy just outside of the RV. I would certainly consider staying at Ben's Place the next time we visit the Grand Canyon, but my wife promised that we would hike rim-to-rim trail as we never quite made it to the Colorado River this time, and there is much more to see down in the canyon. As an aside, our favorite hike was Hermit's Rest to Dripping Springs - a beautiful hike with water at the end. Thomas E. Shepherd

Camp S'more, Worry Less!

We had a fantastic stay at this RV camper in Prescott! The setting was peaceful and surrounded by nature—just what we were looking for. There are beautiful flat trails right behind the camper, perfect for a morning walk or a casual hike. The forest boundary is just a five-minute walk away, and we were thrilled to spot deer and bunnies during our stay. The camper itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind in nature!
