Located next to the historic Mountain Club, the cabin is a quick drive to downtown. Note, there is only room to park one/two cars at the cabin; additional parking available on a lot on White Spar Rd. Our cabin is pet-friendly for a small fee. The logs make the cabin dusty so those with allergies can be bothered. You must climb stairs to enter.

Enjoy this cozy casita for two on a small hill with lots of trees in Diamond Valley, centrally located right between downtown Prescott and Prescott Valley. Please note that the bathroom is a detached building next to casita and has a compost toilet, shower and sink. Cuddle up in the soft queen bed(removable pad), make a cup of coffee or snack in the kitchenette, or relax on the attached patio. Pets are not allowed. This rustic 3-room Treehouse is for the fit and adventurous! It's furnished with a dresser, desk, chairs and a comfortable queen futon bed. Seasonal (April - Oct), solarium-covered pool, pond, lawn and canyon trails. The Treehouse is open for bookings Apr 15 - Oct 31. There are no refunds for wildlife sightings or an inability to climb the winding steps.

Granite Mountain views is a spacious studio that is a walk out below our home, fully furnished. Only access is from the outside. We do live above the studio. There is a kitchenette, large bathroom, Queen bed, full sofa sleeper, and no carpeting. There is parking on site and a private deck to enjoy. It is 5.4 miles to historic downtown Prescott, 4.5 miles to the “Worlds Oldest Rodeo”, 1.4 miles to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and 11 miles to PV Event Center. Come enjoy Prescott!

We built our 720 square foot cottage in 2009 on 2.5 acres in an extremely quiet country neighborhood, and it has been very lightly used. The full kitchen has all the major appliances, cooking and eating utensils you will need. There is also a full size laundry setup in the bathroom. Our location is perfect for those attending firearm training at the world renowned Gunsite Academy. Gunsite is an easy 18 minute drive from our cottage in Chino Valley.

It was immaculate inside and out, and had everything we needed. The owner was very accommodating and communicated with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We have booked another stay in December because we loved the property

Very welcoming! We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was stocked well with appliances and kitchenware. The washer/dryer came in handy. We appreciate the use of all the baby items. They were very helpful. The house is not far from shopping. This is our first time staying in Prescott Valley. It was a beautiful!
