Vacation rentals with a patio in Xul-Ha

We really liked it! The place was very nice and clean! Of course, it is recommended for people who have a car, or who have no problem taking a taxi, as it is a bit far from downtown Bacalar to walk!

Guillermo and Diana's place is our "go to" place in Chetumal when we want a peaceful accomodation. It's just steps from the bay in a very walkable and safe neighborhood and close to a taxi stand and a Walmart mini mall. The neighborhood is exceptionally friendly and 30 pesos gets you to the heart of Centro and the Muelle Fiscal.

We really appreciate the attention of Claudia and her mom. They were very attentive to make sure we had everything we needed from our arrival to our departure. They gave us a wide range of landmarks and activities. And they helped us organize the lagoon tour. We were very satisfied and happy. The place is very nice. Every detail well taken care of.

Excellent experience, it's comfortable

The beds are very comfortable to rest, everything was very clean and there was no noise in the surroundings, we rest beautifully, we will surely be back!

The house is simple, but nice, clean and very well located, close to everything.

Margarita is an excellent host, she welcomed us personally, showed us the house and gave us excellent directions. Also, the stay is super spacious and cozy. Our stay was perfect and at check-out Margarita was there to say goodbye. She is very kind

It's not the first time I've rented there, the truth is I love it, I would come back more times, apart from that I feel at home, everything in order, everything is great✨.

Good location, especially if you go to Bacalar, ideal for couples, very clean and basic utensils in the kitchen 💯👌🏻

The accommodation is pleasant, spacious and safe, Juan Carlos and his mother were very kind, they allowed us to enter before time since we were very tired of the flight, they gave us several recommendations, nearby there are several places to eat at any time, commercial squares in case it takes something and to go to the malecón in 10 minutes by car, to leave for Bacalar and Belize, it is very quick from that point.

It is a very quiet place, there are shops and a grocery store very close.

The accommodation is much better than in the pictures, I loved the detail of the Moon lamp in the bedroom, everything is clean and accessible

I definitely recommend this house and host for anyone visiting Chetumal. The house is cozy and was very neat upon arrival. I appreciated that the kitchen had all the appliances I needed. The host is supportive, and their clear instructions made everything easy. Having AC in the living room is a major advantage and made my stay that much more comfortable and enjoyable.

It’s such a nice place, everything was perfect! The location was very close to the seven color lake and there are many nice restaurants and cafes around the house. Grocery shops/fruit shops are walkable distance. I would come back again 💯💯💯

The place was exact as we imagined, the unpaved entrance road, but it's normal for a private place and by the lagoon. Verónica received us super friendly, we checked in very late at night and she was attentive and explained everything in detail. The place is very clean, the towels super clean, the beds too. As a note: They need an oversize or bedspread on top of the bed sheet, but other than that, everything is fine. It's a rustic place and I really liked that I didn't have a TV to appreciate the beauty of the area. I work remotely and the wifi worked perfect at all times. Victor (the host) is super helpful at all times and with a very quick response to any questions. Recommended if you go as a couple without children and you are looking for something very simple as you think you are out exploring the area.

Excellent place and service

Can’t recommend this place enough. Leonel and Brenda were super responsive and friendly. The location is *amazing*. There are only two public access piers to the lagoon and the apartment is opposite one so we spent many mornings watching the sunrise over the lagoon from there. The place was comfortable and clean and has everything you’ll need for your time in Bacalar. (:
