Vacation rentals with lake access in Xul-Ha

The place is amazing, we went to celebrate my mother's birthday and I was fascinated by the place, the plus is that it is quite private, perfect to enjoy as a family. Ash is very helpful, she always kept in touch with us to resolve all our doubts, she is an excellent host. I definitely recommend the place widely and I plan to return the next time I visit Bacalar.

Beautiful location with private lagoon access. We spent most of the time outside. Everything is arranged in this way. (Palapa, Hammocks, sun loungers, canoes, barbecue etc.) Air conditioning in the rooms is essential at night, given the temperatures :) The host is very responsive to any questions or issues. We really enjoyed our stay in this peaceful place. A real little paradise!

The house is fantastic, located very close to downtown Bacalar and in front of the Lagoon with its private dock, kayaks. I definitely recommend it.

I enjoyed staying at Sergio's Airbnb. This was a truly amazing experience. Although there is construction around (not in the apartment itself), that doesn't take anything away from the magic of the place, because it is literally in the most beautiful area of the entire Bacalar Lagoon. You have direct access to the lagoon, and during our stay we were the only ones there. Seeing the stars from the pier was simply spectacular. The place conveys a peace that is hard to find. I fell in love so much, that I'm buying a property right next door — that special was the experience. I have visited the Lagoon of the Seven Colors many times, but this one was undoubtedly the most magical. The apartment was spotless, clean, out of the noise, and surrounded by nature. If this Airbnb is available, don't think about it - please book it as soon as possible. I am sure that very soon it will become one of the most requested accommodations in Bacalar.

Hospedaje very close to the Xul-ha lagoon and about 15min drive from Bacalar, worth it if you come as a family, the patio is very nice to spend the afternoon. The bed was comfy

We loved it! One of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in. Very easy to find, just like the photos and very complete, many details that make the experience totally better. They were always attentive to us and even gave us recommendations for tours and places to eat and visit. We will definitely be back. The rooms are clean and well maintained, everything is wonderful.

In short, everything is great. Gustavo is in charge of Jorge and Saul, they are two brothers who support the maintenance of the place and I can say that everything is excellent with them, they recommend, respond quickly and help you with what you need. The place is beautiful, it has everything, a small super clean pool, beds, hammocks, bikes that they lend you throughout your stay, super comfortable and in excellent condition, that alone saves you a lot on taxis. From there, you can reach the blue and emerald cenote, the center of Bacalar. The room is clean, clean towels and they give you complimentary shampoo and soap, kitchen with everything you need, minibar and water from a jug 24/7. Air-conditioned and with a floor fan. The bed is super comfortable, better than the one in my house😁. They gave us a day pass to the Yaxbe Ecopark at the foot of the lagoon, where the costs are super affordable and the people are super friendly. I would definitely come back every time I go to Bacalar. The owners have dogs and cats that are adorable.

Charming place to stay. With a kitchen and outdoor space to eat. The pier on the lagoon is beautiful, with the possibility of using kayaks. I have it very, very nice, it is available. We did both mornings yoga with her on the pier on the lagoon, for free, leaving only a tip. I rabbit this place to anyone who wants to relax for a few days and enjoy a welcoming and warm space

The google maps pindrop is inaccurate. Look for the house with 551 outside the door, a couple of houses down from Los Aluxes. When giving directions to taxi, say Los Aluxes for them to know where to take you.

The hubby and I absolutely loved our stay! We loved the privacy and beauty of this place. We enjoyed watching sunrises from the palapa and star gazing on our balcony at night. This place oozes charm and I was so sad to leave.

The house is right on the Laguna. What a great place! The shared areas are nice and clean. The house is on the outskirts of Bacalar, but the town center is close by and on walking distance. Olga is an amazing host, who takes care of her house and the guests. I would definitely recommend staying at Olga’s place if you have planes to visit Bacalar.

Excellent accommodation with access to the private lagoon, you have all the amenities to have a great time, barbecue, kitchen, table, kayak. Very nice, we will definitely be back.

Each room has its own bathroom, I love that. Very nice, but not recommended to go with children or older adults, as there are too many stairs and the house has many uneven areas that can be dangerous. Other than that, a nice place in the jungle, perfect for connecting with the lagoon

What a dream! Olga and he place are so much fun! Sitting out on the deck watching the water is what it’s all about! The kayaks, coffee, tea, and laundry were all a huge plus! But Olga and her care really made this place above and beyond! The town is great and there’s lots to do and see even in the rain. Recommend for a relaxed time in Bacalar ❤️
