Vibrant, cool and quiet our property is a 3 minute walk from the Xul-Ha lagoon, which is part of the 7 colors lagoon, our apartments are ideal to move to Bacalar or Chetumal, and to rest from any noise. Wake up to the sounds of nature, listen to the birds singing and if you are lucky even monkeys that live nearby they will visit you. You will also have the possibility of transfer, as the co-host is a taxi driver from Xul-Ha and a neighbor of the property.

Laguna is just 3 blocks away, the market is 1 block away, and downtown is 3 blocks away. We have 3 bicycles included in the room rate and a full shared kitchen.

Beautiful location in the lagoon, serene and away from the movement of the city. A few minutes away from downtown Bacalar. Access and space in the lagoon is peaceful and private for our property. On the property there are two other units for rent, with whom access to the lagoon is shared. In the lagoon area there is a pier and two terraces, offering enough space for our guests.
