The apartment is practical and furnished with a lot of love. The cozy living ambience as well as the very tastefully furnished and super well-kept courtyard with outdoor kitchen are made a feel-good oasis by the quiet location. In addition, Robert's mom is an absolutely lovely lady who surprised us with delicious cakes. The restaurant with a beer garden close by is also worth a visit. Everything was great for us.

We immediately felt absolutely comfortable. The accommodation or the whole property of Franziska and Roland is simply fantastic. They immediately greeted us warmly and showed us everything we needed. Had a great stay at the house. We especially liked the beautiful terrace, the large kitchen (fully equipped) and the large living room with smart TV. The second bedroom has two "normal" sized single beds - but is designed more as a children's room. So not so suitable for two couples. In the living room, there is also a single bed. Lovely quiet location, 10 minutes from the market square in Wirsberg. Great communication with the hosts! Everything is perfect :) Next year again!

We had a wonderful stay! Rebekka was always incredibly friendly and helped us a lot from the beginning, the communication was excellent and she was able to accommodate us very flexibly despite a few spontaneous changes on our part. We felt right at home in this beautiful house! A great place to relax, enjoy peace and quiet and unwind.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in! The cabin was lovely and the gardens were beautiful. The sauna was a great feature and there were very nice walking trails right outside the house. The hosts were very kind and had a very generous food basket prepared! The bread service in the morning was also a great touch. I can’t recommend this place enough!

The 1a vacation home is quietly located in Sophiental next to a stream. We booked the accommodation with Anika & Felix as a 6-person family + children and were thrilled from the start. The accommodation is well equipped and actually lacks nothing - The kitchen has incl. Spices and oils, everything for cooking, there is also a grill in the garden. Coals + lighters were also provided. For the long evenings in the huge garden, a fire bowl and wood are available to make bread and marshmallows if necessary. A highlight is the lighting at night - it is incredibly cozy to spend long summer nights here in a deck chair. I highly recommend the place - especially you notice that Anika & Felix do everything they can to make sure you have a wonderful time.

The apartment was very cozy and inviting. The kitchen was very well equipped and nice. We were allowed to use the garden and were received in a very friendly manner. We were given tips for things to do and places to eat. Well suited for exploring Mariánské Lázně and Karlovy Vary. A village shop is within walking distance.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need. Communication with Hanna was always straightforward and very friendly. There are many hiking trails in the area and Bayreuth is also very close and worth a trip. We can definitely recommend the apartment!

The perfectly equipped apartment is sparkling clean, spacious, super quiet, with a cozy, partially covered terrace. Steffi is a very kind and uncomplicated hostess. The small idyllic place even has a train connection and is a great starting point to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Wholeheartedly recommended.

A large wonderful apartment in the middle of Karlsbad, very good also for resting in between! We had three bedrooms, two were under the roof with slopes. One of them could become a problem for really tall people! There were also two bathrooms, one of them has slopes, but it is very large. From the windows of the bedrooms you can see the park and a colonnade. Very quiet up there! In the kitchen, everything you could ever need was available, but since the gastronomy in Karlsbad is so good, we used it little. The living room is large and has beautiful high windows, a large couch and a large dining table. There is also a dining table in the kitchen. So it's a spacious apartment that I highly recommend! great hospitable place ti stay area is quiet and air is very clean there is a small river nearby and you can hear the calming sound of water during the night. thats great for taking a fruitful rest
