Auch sind die Luisenburgfestspiele sehr gut in ca. 15 min erreichbar. Leider ist zu beachten das das Studio nur über ein WC verfügt, eine Dusche oder Wanne steht nicht zur Verfügung.

In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with ski roller train and ski lift, sledding slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away. A house with history - Built in 1860 as a Royal Forestry Office building in Mähring, it was restored in several thousand working hours. Enjoy the wonderfully idyllic area as a starting point for excursions to Neualbenreuth, Pilsen, Mariánské Lázně, Karlovy Vary, Eger, Waldsassen and many other attractive destinations in the area. Our house is quietly located, about 2 km from the beautiful Untreusee. It is 5 km to Hof and 10 km to Rehau. We rent a self-contained apartment in the basement, consisting of a living-sleeping area of about 24 square meters, a single kitchen of about 4 square meters and a bathroom of about 3.5 square meters. The apartment is equipped with its own door opener and an intercom.

Neu und sehr geräumig. Unsere Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 fertiggestellt. Sie liegt am Fuße des Kornbergs inmitten einer aktiv betriebenen Landwirtschaft. Sie hat einen seperaten Eingang und zwei kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Stadt Selb ist ca. 6,5 km entfernt. Es handelt sich um eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung auf zwei Etagen für 1-5 Personen. (6 Personen sind auf Anfrage möglich)
