Condo vacation rentals in Wrightsville Beach

My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at A Wave From it All, and it did not disappoint. We stayed for 4 nights, and were able to enjoy the beach and the activities with no problem. The only downside was that the pool was unfortunately closed for our time here, and we had originally chose this place based on the fact that there was also a pool, however that isn’t something Jenna could control of course as they were doing construction on it; we did not know until we arrived. However, the restaurants and the boardwalk are all very close, as well as the beach access being right across from our house. We walked the pond most nights as well which was nice. Overall, we had a great experience here and will be staying again next year.

I spent 5 nights here with my college roommates to celebrate our recent graduation! The location was absolutely perfect with coffee shops, a grocery store, restaurants and bars all walking distance. It was noisy at nights due to the bar across the street but I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone! We felt safe the whole time and will definitely be back.

Thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay. Only wish it had been for longer. You can’t beat the location, without exaggeration, it’s truly about as convenient as it gets. Beach, shops, food, covered private parking, the property is situated directly over an eatery and immediately adjacent to a coffee shop. All good stuff!

For being a last minute trip to Wrightsville beach, Matthew made it easy with his excellent communication and instructions. The place is centrally located, an easy walk to coffee, restaurants and bars. The views of the beach/ocean are perfect and the condo was very clean. If you are looking for a place to stay in Wrightsville I'd recommed staying at Matthew's place.

Nicole was a wonderful host, so friendly and communicative. The apartment was clean, so comfortable, and wonderfully located! Great place to stay at Carolina Beach, we will be back!

We loved being so close to the beach, the pool, and the pier. Pier bar drinks and service were great! We recommend the Bahama Mama and The Painkiller. The condo was very clean and inviting. The deck was perfect for our morning croissants and fresh fruit with coffee. We enjoyed watching the waves and listening to seabirds as they soared above the sea. Just a short drive to the Boardwalk gave us some great shopping and restaurants. We recommend Britt’s donuts. Don’t buy just one -cash only! Matthew was the perfect host! He answered my questions quickly and checked in to see if we needed anything. Perfect week for us to rest and relax!

This condo is a peaceful, hidden gem! Views from the front and back deck and a perfect little beach right across the street. We loved it!

My wife and I enjoyed the home and hated to leave great views of the ocean and boardwalk area walkable to everything the place was clean and felt like home Kimberly was very quick to respond and friendly we plan on coming back

Really great location! The beach and theme park area we're an extremely short walk away. The building also had great vending machines, a small arcade, and private showers.

Great location in downtown Wilmington on the river. Lots of walkable, restaurants and bars and beautiful historic houses. Awesome view of the river from the deck. Very clean. Will be back.

This was the prefect place for a quick weekend getaway! Host was very easy to communicate with and had a lovely home to stay in! Close access to several public beach access along with the pool! Definitely will be going back in the future again!

Great location! We enjoyed how close this condo is to the boardwalk while being far enough to have a quieter stay. Great place for a couple or small family to enjoy with their beach-loving pup.

Great stay at Gregory's condo. Enjoyed both balconies, which had comfortable furniture and front balcony has 2 views of the ocean! Two beach chairs, towels and umbrella provided, which was nice since we flew. Pier with tiki bar, food and ice cream is a block away- really nice views too! Pool was an added bonus!

Absolute perfection! The condo is exquisitely decorated, incredibly well-equipped, extremely comfortable, super-clean, and on one of the most exquisite sections of coastal NC! We loved every moment - from coffee on the gorgeous balcony to walks along the tranquil shoreline - which is just steps outside the door. Our family of 4 cannot wait to return to this exceptional property, and we are so very grateful to Suzanne and Orsi for being so responsive, organized, and hospitable! Highly recommend!

Our 2025 Summer vacay to Carolina Beach was truly one for the record books. As a single girl dad of two (9/15) location is key. This condo is absolutely peak and checked all the boxes. Right on the beach on the 4th floor the family room/balcony sets the ultimate beach vibes the moment you walk in. My 9 year old and I woke up daily to walk the beach at sun rise, on our first morning it felt as if we had the beast ourselves. We saw dolphins as the sun was breaking the horizon and it was absolute magic. After the sunset we'd walk to the boardwalk to get Crush n Grind coffee and play their ring hook games. Followed by Britt's Donuts then back to the condo to wake the teenager. Everything is within walking distance and there is something for EVERYONE. We chartered a boat to shark tooth island with the incredible Captain Sheila's and Chloe with Island Time Water Tours. Found so many shark teeth that made core memories for a lifetime. Great place and Amanda was very responsive. Unfortunately, my car was towed, but it was completely my fault. DO NOT FORGET THE PARKING PASS. I told Amanda afterwards, a good idea would be to put a sign inside reminding guests to make sure the pass is displayed and she did! It is easy to forget when you are in and out over several days. Close to the Carolina beach boardwalk and plenty of things to do! Nice beach umbrella and chairs, etc came in really handy!!

Beautiful condo- clean, well stocked and comfy beds. We loved having the option to go back and forth from beach to pool, so everyone was happy!! The storage closet has everything you need for a great beach day. Loved sitting on the deck every morning and night. The host was super responsive and gave great instructions and recommendations on the area. Already planning our trip for next year!! Great place for families!! Thank you!!

Denise has thought of everything. Her condo is absolutely perfect, a very private and peaceful place. The pictures are accurate and in person it’s even better. My best friend and I have been going on beach trips for 9 years, so we have seen many beach houses. We know what we want and we FINALLY found one we are returning to next year for our 10th to celebrate 40 years of friendship. I can’t think of a better place for it. ♥️ Denise is very detailed with YOUR experience. She has literally thought of all your needs and the home is emasculate. I cannot say enough about this GEM. It was clean, modern, stocked and comfortable. The view was AMAZING. The privacy was incredible. A total reset from “adulting”. I cannot say enough except STAY HERE, STOP LOOKING! The location of this condo is perfect! We had the best weekend, everything is in walking distance. The beach is super close, it’s close to the boardwalk and so many restaurants. Our host was very friendly and super responsive to questions! We will definitely book again.

Used this as a quiet getaway for a writing. It was so perfect. Was sad to leave. The beach is so beautiful and the house had all the basics with no fuss.
