Its name stems from the iconic hotel that sat on the corner of Lumina Ave and Stone street in the early 1900’s. “25 West" downstairs unit. This 2 bedroom 1 bath is just a stones throw from Banks Channel and a very short walk to the ocean and Johnny Mercer's fishing pier. Several restaurants and watering holes within walking distance as well. Bring your paddle boards (or rent nearby) for easy access to Banks Channel just at the end of the street. The upstairs unit is 3 bed 2 bath and is available for booking as well.
