Condo vacation rentals in New Hanover County

My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at A Wave From it All, and it did not disappoint. We stayed for 4 nights, and were able to enjoy the beach and the activities with no problem. The only downside was that the pool was unfortunately closed for our time here, and we had originally chose this place based on the fact that there was also a pool, however that isn’t something Jenna could control of course as they were doing construction on it; we did not know until we arrived. However, the restaurants and the boardwalk are all very close, as well as the beach access being right across from our house. We walked the pond most nights as well which was nice. Overall, we had a great experience here and will be staying again next year.

Vanesa is a wonderful host! Her place is beautiful, wonderfully maintained and decorated, and perfectly located. The pictures are accurate. You are staying in a spacious, comfortable, lovingly cared for apartment. We had the perfect view of the boardwalk and ocean. We were lucky to hear the live concert from our patio and see the fireworks display…how lucky are we?! The building feels safe and is also well kept. I will be saving her home for our next girls weekend getaway for sure! Thanks, Vanesa!

We so enjoyed our stay! The property was just as pictured and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Morgan was responsive and proactive, as well!

Had a great 3-night stay! I was there for UNCW graduation weekend and didn't hear excess noise at the rooftop bar as other's have stated. The "bouncers" to get up to the condo when the rooftop bar is open were all super friendly! The bed is small but was very comfortable. Cute place & great location! Can't beat the price!!!

Denise has thought of everything. Her condo is absolutely perfect, a very private and peaceful place. The pictures are accurate and in person it’s even better. My best friend and I have been going on beach trips for 9 years, so we have seen many beach houses. We know what we want and we FINALLY found one we are returning to next year for our 10th to celebrate 40 years of friendship. I can’t think of a better place for it. ♥️ Denise is very detailed with YOUR experience. She has literally thought of all your needs and the home is emasculate. I cannot say enough about this GEM. It was clean, modern, stocked and comfortable. The view was AMAZING. The privacy was incredible. A total reset from “adulting”. I cannot say enough except STAY HERE, STOP LOOKING! Amy’s place was wonderful. The condominium was spacious and had everything we needed. She’s right, if you’re looking for a spotless clean, this is not your place but for us, it was perfect! We’re not super picky. We loved the guest book and the binder with all the local recommendations. It was an easy walk to the heart of Southport. We would for sure stay here again!

The condo was just and pictured and described. I appreciated the nice gas stove and well stocked kitchen since we cook all our meals instead of eating out. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the covered front porch watching all the activity on the main road. The beach was uncrowded and a very short walk away. Really appreciated the beach tent and chairs that were in the garage.

The place was delivered spotlessly clean. Check-in was easy. Renee and Bill gave clear instructions and were quickly responsive. They also had great recommendations for local places to eat and things to do. We loved seeing the ocean right from our bedroom, living room, and from our balcony. We loved sleeping with the sound of the waves. Being beachfront is really special. Access to the beach is only a block away and the main part of town is only about a mile. That's where the boardwalk and many restaurants are. There's even a small amusement park for kids. We had a great stay. Bottom line: We would happily rent here again.

Matthew's place was awesome! Very close to the beach and near the main hub of Carolina Beach where you can get food and drinks!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Was the perfect amount of space for us. The homes location is great. We were within walking distance to the beach and various restaurants and shops. Mr. Daniel is a great host. Very responsive and friendly. He even ran and extension cord so I could charge my car. No complaints whatsoever and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay, everything was explain and written down so we did not have to reach out for questions. Great hosts and a wonderful stay.

Kimberly is a super-duper host. Her apartment was over-the-top clean, spacious, and well stocked with all kinds of kitchen wares and all the usual items you need on day one so you don’t have to dash to the grocery. And the location is the best, I think, in Carolina Beach. The building is new, modern, and quiet. You can easily walk to nearby restaurants, the Boardwalk, and all through the old neighborhoods. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Great location! It was right on the beach so you’re not dealing with a ton of traffic, but also in a safe neighborhood. It was clean, cute, and easy. I thought it was worth the price!! I would definitely recommend staying here. It’s a 6 minute drive to the main fun in Carolina Beach and just a little over 20 to where we explored in Wilmington. I’m from the area and rented for my family and I to stay in while they visited, so it’s definitely worth it location/price wise!

Had a great time at this condo! Robin was super friendly and proactive when it came to communication. The condo has a gorgeous view from the balcony, and parking was plentiful and easy to access for a majority of the stay. Great selection of local businesses within 10-15 minute’s walk, easy beach access, the works. Would rent again

This is our 2nd stay at this perfect place.. If you want a quaint, nicely laid out and furnished place to stay, extremely near the beach, near entertainment, near restaurants, near the board walk that is just the right size....this is your place. They are great hosts who respond quickly. We will be back for sure. JTG

A beautifully decorated condo that’s more spacious than the pictures and a quiet spot with ocean views . We enjoyed sitting on the patio for afternoon cocktails listening to the waves this week. Chad is an excellent host and we appreciated ALL the extra thoughtful touches and the local suggestions. Perfect for a couple looking to get away to relax. We would stay here again!

Great stay at Gregory's condo. Enjoyed both balconies, which had comfortable furniture and front balcony has 2 views of the ocean! Two beach chairs, towels and umbrella provided, which was nice since we flew. Pier with tiki bar, food and ice cream is a block away- really nice views too! Pool was an added bonus!

David and Nikki’s condo was a great place for our family of four to stay for a short week! David was quick to reply to any of my messages. Also helpful, was a binder full of restaurants including their menus and times of operation. The beach was just steps away, and the condo was bordered by two pools, which our kids loved!

We had a great stay at Hunter's property, and it was a great location that allowed us to explore the Wrightsville area! The walkable restaurants were delicious, along with good views of the water. The place was clean and a good fit for our beach vacation.

Lovely condo! Perfect size for my husband and I and the amenities provided were perfect. Check-in and check-out were easy and the private pool/beach access was awesome. Tony messaged me when they were unable to message through Airbnb to make sure I had everything I need!!
