The gondola to the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area is just a 5-minute ride away by free ski bus or car. Beautifully located, quiet and unobstructed on the edge of the forest. Facing southwest, there is sun from morning to evening. The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The cozy apartment in traditional Tyrolean style is located on the first floor of our apartment building and covers a spacious 81 m2. In the fully equipped kitchen-living room is a large, round dining table with seating area, which invites you to linger, especially on long winter evenings. The apartment also has 1 living room, 1 bedroom, a spacious corridor (as is customary in farmhouses in Tyrol), a bathroom, separate toilet, a terrace and a fenced garden area.
