Brand new apartment in Riem near the Messe, the metro (underground) and a big shopping center. N.B.: We have a second apartment that looks almost the same. Hello dear guests, We have a very nice apartment to rent with 3 rooms in an apartment building. The apartment is about 71 square meter big and can accomodate up to 8 people. This spacious light flooded apartment is modern, has good facilities and is completely furnisched. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and a small freezer, a cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maschine and a dishwascher. The bathroom has a bathtub. In the living room is a 40" Samsung LED TV. The apartment has 2 sleeping rooms with each one a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and 2 sleep sofas in the living room (170 x 200 cm). Bed linen and towels can be changed on request. The apartment can be cleaned during the visit on request. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. The main entrance to west Exhibition Center is only a few minutes walk (about 300 meters). The shopping center "Riem Arcaden" and the metro "U2 Messestadt Ouest" is about 100 to 150 meters from the apartment. With the metro, you can reach the center of Munich in less than 20 minutes. In the shopping center, you will find several restaurants, cafés and many stores. We are pleased to answer your questions. Note: After booking, you will receive via e-mail instructions to make your stay a pleasant one. Spacious Loft | 3 min walk to Oktoberfest

The 140qm apartment is converted into a loft, featuring a light-filled spacious room with an integrated open kitchen and a cozy dining area with a corner bench and a large table. Adjacent is a spacious living area with a futon double bed (160x200cm) and two sofas. There are two separate bedrooms, one with two single beds, and the other offers a comfortable king-size bed. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. The same goes for public transportation (bus 2 min, subway 4 min, S-Bahn 10 min), Oktoberfest, the traffic museum, and the beautiful trade fair park. (Maximum occupancy 6 people)

Cozy apartment in the perfect location

Welcome, we look forward to seeing you soon! A little piece of "home" is waiting for you. The apartment has a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom with shower: toilet, small terrace. In the morning you can hear birdsong with a cup of coffee or jog in the nearby park, and end the day in the evening at the "Griechen" (150 m). The apartment is in the countryside, but only 15 minutes from the center. The Munich fairgrounds (Messe München) are 20 minutes away. The U-Bahn [subway] runs directly to Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. The highway is 5 minutes away.

Within a few minutes' walk you can reach the main entrance to the trade fair, the subway station, a large shopping center and a nearby recreational area with a swimming lake. The bed can be used as a single bed (80 cm wide) or as a double bed (160 cm wide). Practical: compact kitchen available, Cooking yourself means saving. In the same house there is also a bakery with delicious breakfast, cakes and snacks. Underground parking space can be booked optionally.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The apartment is located in our 1-family house on the first floor. It is suitable for business trips, Munich Fair 5 minutes by car, Marienplatz approx. 20 minutes away and suitable for short breaks. One parking space (street) is located in front of the property. 2 minutes' walk is a bus stop. The bus runs to the Riem S-Bahn [suburban train] station (5 minutes) and to Messestadt West (approx. 10 minutes). In 5 minutes' walk is a Rewe, DM, Lidl.
